I truly wondered about this. Recently Trump made two comments, two days in a row, about being worthy of getting into heaven and going to heaven. We reported on them here. This from a man who never went to church in his life, other than to get married in one or show up for a Christmas service, because it was expected. Since when did Trump ever stop to contemplate what an almighty God might think? This is very new. So kudos to this reporter for having the temerity to ask the question.
Trump: I don’t think there’s anything that’s going to get me into heaven. I think I’m not heaven bound. I may be in heaven now as we fly Air Force One

Does that mean that Trump is satisfied he’s going to Hell? Or maybe he figures it will be a really great place to be because all his friends will be there. He can meet up with his buddy Roy Cohn, I’m sure Joseph McCarthy will be delighted to have Cohn introduce them. Cohn was McCarthy’s lawyer, too. You see how corrupt minds attract the same shyster lawyers?
Yes, Donald could have a swinging time down in Hades, he thinks. Or, maybe Trump thinks there is no Heaven or Hell and it will all just end one day.
These are the great questions of our time, “To be or not to be,” is not the most well known stanza in all of the Shakespearean canon for nothing. That is as basic as it gets for you, me, Trump, everybody: to be or not to be.

Look at it this way: If indeed there is a classic Hell and bad people go there, Trump has been on that train for the past 79 years. If there’s not a classic Hell — as many people believe — then there is a Heaven. And to be taken into Heaven the general idea is that you must be good. What is good? Well, to paint with a broad brush, “Good” is when you don’t rape young girls or try to have young Black men go to prison or deny housing to people based on race, or defraud your workers.
As a matter of fact, there is a section in the Bible (a book Trump might want to read if he wants to go to Heaven) that says that “defrauding laborers of their wages is one of the worst sins crying out to Heaven for vengeance.” And Trump was known for either having workers work for sub-standard pay or not paying them at all, when they built his buildings.

Nobody knows what it takes to get into Heaven — defined loosely as an afterlife, a place where good people go.
For that matter, did Charlie Kirk go to Heaven? Not trying to start a riot here (there are a few MAGAs who read us) but Charlie proselytized some controversial things, like the Second Amendment was worth the price of some innocent people getting killed by guns — and that now includes him.
But we could pour over the doctrine of Charlie Kirk all night. Is it a good thing that he doesn’t encourage people to get education, particularly women? Are these values that got him through the pearly gates or turned away?
Again, we cannot know. As Shakespeare said (Again, Hamlet’s soliloquory)

The only disciple who lived to old age and wrote the gospel and Revelations was John. He was an eyewitness to Jesus’s life, death and resurrection. He also claims there WILL BE A JUDGEMENT. By the way, hell is eternal darkness and separation from God according to scripture. Having survived a NDE, I wouldn’t be so smug and sure that it doesn’t exist.
