We have reached a turning point in Trump’s behavior. He held up somewhat his first couple of months back in office, but in the past few weeks he has shown us the New Trump — one more addlepated than ever. He simply rants. His ranting is nothing new, certainly, but he used to be more focused. Now, he is simply all over the place. He opens his mouth and all manner of disjointed drivel comes out. While sitting in the Oval Office with Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney, Trump began speaking by talking about windmills and transgenders. Then he began talking about the 2024 election. What was the actual question being addressed? So glad you asked. The reporter wanted to know what was going on with the present government shutdown, not anything about an over and done with election.
They’re the ones that started it. They’re the ones that have it, and it’s almost a kamikaze attack by them. You want to know the truth? This is like a kamikaze attack. They almost, they have nothing to lose. They’ve lost the elections. They’ve lost the presidential election in a landslide I saw the other day where Kamala said this was a very close election.
This was one of the biggest sweeps that anybody’s ever had won the popular vote by millions, won the Electoral College by a massive amount. They said if I got 270, that would be great, but I got, I think 312 or 315. And they got 220. We won that, but we won counties. The big thing is counties, so out of all of the counties, thousands and thousands, we got 2,500.
They got 525. It was a landslide. It was one of the greatest victories ever. And it was a mandate to do what we’re doing.
And I hope and Mark wants this as much as I do we are very close to making a deal on the Middle East, that will bring peace to the Middle East.
After all of these years of millions and millions, tens of millions of people being killed, there’s a chance to bring peace to the Middle East. In addition to that, I made seven other deals and there were, great, and we’re things are happening with respect to Russia, Ukraine. That’s one that last week, Mark, 7,812 people were killed.
Soldiers, mostly soldiers. Yeah. But 7,000, more than 7,000, almost 8,000 soldiers were killed. It’s a crazy, it’s a crazy thing.
1.5% is the figure that seems to elude Trump. That’s what he won by. That is neither a landslide nor a mandate in anybody’s book. But that’s not the point. The point is that he starts rambling off topic every single time he gets behind a microphone these days. And it is only October. And he took office in January. This situation is only going to get worse and your guess is as good as mine what that’s going to look like. It already is at the point of lunatic ranting, how do you go down from there? Well, you’re going to find out. The rest of the world is going to find out.

Carney is turning out to be a great PM and was a very competent central banker. Circumstances have made him a pretty good diplomat. I wish whenever trump talks about the 51st state he would talk about Canada’s 50 new provinces. The US might be much better off under Canada’s parliamentary system with a ceremonial head of state. No president, no pardons, and no assault rifles.
