Gabbard Redirects Epstein Files with Russia, Russia, Russia

Tulsi is trying to change the subject on the Epstein files because MAGA and QAnon are raging. No matter who tells them that “there’s nothing to see here”, they aren’t giving up the hunt.  The news of the possible redactions is making it worse, because they’re betting that tRump’s name will be one of those redacted. It only brings up more questions about *why* they are “blacking out” the documentation.

El Presidente Imbécil is in it deep. He shouldn’t have used this topic for his presidential campaign. It’s one thing to break all the promises that can be explained away. It’s an entirely different animal when it comes to Epstein. There was so much publicity about what Jeffrey did, why he was arrested, and how much information was in that case, that no matter how much Agent Orange and company protest and redirect, it’s not going to work. Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard promised to release more documents to support her claims that the Obama administration conspired to undermine President Donald Trump’s election win.  On Sunday, Gabbard told Fox News host Maria Bartiromo that the new information, which she promised to release “next week,” would bolster her Friday report alleging a “treasonous conspiracy” to stoke Russian election interference allegations. Her aim, she proudly told Bartiromo, is to secure the prosecutions of those she claimed conspired against Trump.

Really? With the storm going on about Epstein, she would have been better off not to say anything until she actually put it out there. Saying she had something and proving she has something is not working for the main topic these days. Why does she think this will work?

She stated, “Accountability, action, prosecution, indictments for those who are responsible for trying to steal our democracy is essential for us to make sure that this never happens to our country again.” In 2019, Special Counsel Robert Mueller and a Senate report concluded Russia did influence the election to try and get him elected, but did not conspire with him to do so. The Office of the Director of National Intelligence did not immediately respond to a request asking for more information on Gabbard’s claims and updates on criminal referrals.

Oh, that’s rich. *Trumpolini* is trying to steal our democracy. Those of us with a brain know that quite well, especially with all the broken promises. How MAGA cannot see this … I don’t have an answer. It’s obvious. The exact things he’s NOT done with those promises are pretty amazingly proof. Hello, the economy is going down, not up. *ahem* Moving on, here…

Democrats blasted Gabbard’s claims as “utter nonsense,” while some MAGA commentators online questioned whether the release was an attempt to deflect from Jeffrey Epstein, the late financier and child sex offender who died in federal custody in 2019.

WHAM. There ya go. Some of the more intelligent MAGAts (yes, contradiction in terms) have figured it out. I would be willing to bet they’ll spread that far and wide. If they have a big following, it will go further. It should be interesting to see if our “Director” of National Intelligence follows through or if she says “Sorry, nothing to see here” again, and MAGA will be baying twice as hard with the need (yes, it is a need at this point) for information on TWO fronts, instead of just one. We shall see. Just stay away from the crazy.
