If one wasn’t cynical enough about politics, then the handling of the Epstein matter really should provide enough fodder to last a lifetime. We have heard it all when it comes to Epstein: He belonged to the intelligence community or the Mossad, he blackmailed people out of money by providing a sick service, he paid off prosecutors, he killed himself while guards looked the other way, there is a list, and today – there is no client list. We are left to believe that A.G. Pam Bondi “misrecognized” the list that she claimed was on her desk just a few months ago. Now it is gone. That is a travesty and not just because we all now have every reason to believe there was at least one president on that list.
We already have a column up covering the MAGA Right’s fury over burying the list, and irony has never been further from a home. All these people can think of is the chance to “nab” Bill Clinton and sticking it to the “libtards.” Little do they know that if Bill Clinton is on a list for sexually abusing teen girls, this teen girl dad and everyone reading this want him hoisted up as high as anyone else. But no one could be potentially “higher” on that list than the current occupant of the White House, the one guy who – and this is surely a coincidence, is front and center in a million pictures featuring him and Epstein and the one guy who Pam Bondi answers to on a list of “higher ups.”
All of this sucks. Because the Epstein matter is truly a tragedy, it screams to everyone that a girl’s body can be used for a man’s pure pleasure, a piece of meat, no matter how young, and if the men are rich and powerful enough, no one will pay – except maybe the guy who orchestrated the whole thing. (No, I have no opinion on whether Epstein killed himself, you can tell me he did so or tell me he was murdered, I’d believe either one – or he killed himself when told that the other option was a painful murder.)
The folks on Bluesky are stuck on the fact that Bondi claimed to have the client list on her desk just months ago and now, in the middle of the summer, coming off a long weekend (It would be too obvious to drop on Thursday late afternoon), she states that there is nothing to see here, there never was a list, and go away.

Such a ridiculous assertion serves the purpose of only a very few people and you just have to know that Trump would love to take down a few of those people (Clinton) and thus the fact that the list is buried nearly screams that it is done so for the purpose of protecting those currently in power – Trump. Or there is someone on the list who has enough on Trump to bury him. It really doesn’t matter.
It is all too obvious, and people saw right through it. Even Elon Musk gets this (But it is Musk who is busy paying off massage therapists – but presumably they are grown women, which makes it less outrageous.)

Yeah, that’s enough. We all know what happened. Either Donald Trump is on that list, or there are people on that list who have stuff on Donald Trump that made the list itself rather irrelevant. The situation is as it always was. The details were too explosive because the users/assailants were too powerful, that’s what made the entire thing acceptable to the intelligence community, which – by the way, also doesn’t want the “list” out because they would rather not have Americans know that they looked the other way when 16 year old girls were raped so that they could have kompromat on whomever.
It was never going to come out. The only shock is that the MAGA faithful are surprised because they soooo badly wanted to play “Gotcha” with Clinton, so badly that they forgot that their guy is the one in all the pictures. Either that or they just assume that Trump is involved with underage girls and that this is a game to get someone else.
The only other thing that Trump finds to be more serious than abusive sex – as evidenced by the many sexual assault claims and one adjudication, is his dedication to covering his own ass in all conduct. It is such when one lives that type of debauched life.
Pretty cynical. Pretty real, though. No less real than an Epstein list that is always just a phone call away to Ghislaine. If one ever wants it. I hope she has a food taster.

In a way, this is sort of the opposite of the boy who cried wolf. This is more like a different proverb that once you let the genie out of the bottle, you cannot get it to go back in.
People keep overlooking, if not actively ignoring something even more scandalous than that client list. Epstein’s NYC brownstone was wired with cameras! How much video did he collect over the years of rich, powerful people engaged in sexual acts? Including with underage girls? And reportedly Trump committed a rape at one of those epic parties! Epstein got away with what he did and for so long because he had ‘receipts’ and said receipts were a whole lot more than written records. Oh, and it’s a safe assumption he had rooms in his island home and the one out in the southwest wired too.
THAT explains Maxwell being in prison. And still breathing. I of course am speculating but I’d say there’s a very good chance her ‘deal’ is she has the goods and copies in more than one location. And more importantly when the wall were closing in made arrangements for their release if anything happened to her including death by natural causes. She would also have arranged to get word out if they try to torture or go too far to coerce her into having it all destroyed. So she’s keeping her mouth shut and doing her time. But like the outtakes from The Apprentice Mark Burnett took such great pains to bury, or the material David Pecker (the National Enquirer guy) had in a special safe Maxwell has an insurance policy.
Look for her to be pardoned on Trump’s last day in office. Her life expectency could be measure in days, perhaps hours IF she turns around and screws Trump. Erik Prince will see to that! But if she becomes terminally ill she’ll get her sentence commuted at least. And, as I said same for if/when Trump leaves office. Unless HE suddenly dies. He’s one ‘hamberder’ away from a heart attack or stroke after all.

As I understand it, it went part and parcel with Trump’s modeling agency. Once he had the women under contract, they lacked all freedom to say no and perhaps didn’t want to say no if the pay was decent. I shouldn’t have put it that way bc even selling sex from adults to adults is something that I can tolerate (though not in an abusive contractual sense) versus the criminal and indefensible use of children. I am going to change it bc I hate that paragraph anyway. 🙂

Well zoomies finally something we agree on, kind of at least. The sudden 180° turn by the DOJ is bullshit and the administration deserves all the ridicule it’s getting. However I don’t think that Trump would have ran on releasing the files and willfully brought up the subject himself if he knew he could be implicated. More likely deeper& more disgusting shit keeping this hidden.
