This is not a hyperbolic headline. Unfortunately. I wish this was some exaggeration for purposes of click bait and sensationalism. The United States is being systemically dismantled. Let us look at plain, simple facts, shall we? First of all, DOGE is not only firing federal workers, it is canceling commerical real estate leases so that there is no place to work.

‘Chaos, not logic’

“One of the primary issues is that GSA/DOGE’s chosen order of operations presents as chaos, not logic,” Chad Becker, a principal at Colorado-based brokerage Arco Real Estate Solutions, told CoStar News via email. “We would like to believe that those making decisions at GSA/DOGE are approaching this from a thoughtful and logical perspective, but that simply doesn’t appear to be the case.”

DOGE has initially been targeting primarily federal commercial real estate leases that have reached their lease termination rights date, the point when the federal government has the right to end the lease agreement. It’s different from the lease expiration date that simply marks the end of the agreed-upon term.

So you see where there’s physical and staffing disruptions of government offices. There is no way that this is going to end well. And then here’s the most alarming thing I think I’ve ever read in my life. Pete Hegseth ordered Cyber Command chief Gen. Timothy Haugh to halt all work to counter cyber threats from Russia, and focus instead on China and Iran instead. So we are wide open to cyber attack from Russia. It’s not a question of if, only when.

US officials said Russia launched a major ransomware effort right after Trump took office attempting to penetrate US hospitals, infrastructure and municipal networks.

… One official told CNN that this is “a major blow” to national security because it will make the US more vulnerable to cyberattacks from Russia, which has a formidable cadre of hackers capable of disrupting US critical infrastructure and collecting sensitive intelligence. The official said Russia and the US are in a constant battle in cyberspace, and the Kremlin sees that it has an asymmetric advantage in cyberspace to burrow into US critical infrastructure and try to influence US elections.

… Guardian reports that person familiar with the matter said analysts at the agency were verbally informed that they were not to follow or report on Russian threats, even though this had previously been a main focus for the agency: “Russia and China are our biggest adversaries. With all the cuts being made to different agencies, a lot of cybersecurity personnel have been fired. Our systems are not going to be protected and our adversaries know this. People are saying Russia is winning. Putin is on the inside now.”

… Another person who previously worked on US joint task forces tracking Russian cyber threats: “It’s truly shocking. There are thousands of US govt employees and military working daily on the massive threat Russia poses as possibly the most significant nation state threat actor. There are dozens of discrete Russia state-sponsored hacker teams dedicated to either producing damage to US govt infrastructure and commercial interests or conducting information theft with a key goal of maintaining persistent access to computer systems.”

… Rep. Carlos Gimenez (R-FL) seemed surprised to learn about Hegseth’s new cyber security directive on Fox: “I don’t know why he’s doing that, the Russians are attacking us every single day. I don’t think you signal to the Russians that we are going to unilaterally withdraw from this space. I really don’t understand where that’s coming from. This is a mistake.”

… Fox Business host Stuart Varney responded: “It looks like we are moving to Russia’s side.”

… Trump posted on Truth Social: “We should spend less time worrying about Putin.”

Trump’s right about that. Because Putin has taken over. We are being systematically crippled from within. Russia has taken us over without firing a shot, just as Nikita Khrushchev predicted it would do back in 1956, 69 years ago.

To further the dumbing down of America, which is always a good idea when you’re living in a fascist state, the “Department of Education has offered some employees a buyout offer of up to $25,000 to resign. CNN reports they have to accept the offer by midnight tonight, with everyone knowing they could be terminated in the near future since Trump has pledged to dismantle the agency and Musk has called for it to be abolished.”

Why Trump bothered to appoint Linda McMahon to head the agency since Musk is in the process of dismantling it, along with everything else, is anybody’s guess. My personal hunch is that “education” going forward will be right-wing propaganda.

Vladimir Putin is playing for keepsies. Musk wants to run and own as much of the United States government as he possibly can. He’s happy to starve childrn as well. You heard about the debacle where the peanut paste that keeps malnourished children from dying was literally sitting in a warehouse rotting after Musk pulled the funding for it to be shipped overseas. “So Musk announced that the funding to ship the peanut paste and distribute it was reinstated. Except he reinstated funding for the wrong company.”

Oops. Just like that darned Ebola prevention thing. “Harvard Medical School professor Sasha Gusev: “The beauty of DOGE is that it is self-correcting. For example, someone pointed out to Musk that he was letting food we had already paid for go to waste, Musk called that person an ‘imbecilic propagandist’, and then several hours later reinstated the wrong contract.”

When in the history of this nation have you ever read a sentence like the one you just read. THIS is who is running this country. We are being occupied by a foreign invader. It really is as simple as that. The only question that remains is what are we going to do to fight back? I think we’ll have a lot more insight into that after tonight’s State Of The Union farce.
