This is getting ridiculous. The old adage is The blind leading the fools. But the way this is going for Traitor Tot and his bungling sycophants, these ass clowns make the Watergate burglars look like criminal masterminds.
In 2020 the Traitor Tot campaign had a secret plan to throw a losing election result into a constitutional crisis. It was a shock-and-awe blitz of state and federal lawsuits in critical battleground states to try to use the judicial system to totally d*ck up the state electoral certification process.
They ended up in the days and weeks following the election results filing a total of 64 lawsuits in various state and federal courts. And in the short run went 0-64. This in itself wouldn’t have been fatal to the scheme, since it was the appeals that were expected to drag things out and put the state certification process into a quagmire.
But there was just one simple problem with this rube Goldberg contraption. In order to file a lawsuit you need two things, standing, and evidence. And Trump’s bullsh*t lawsuits had neither. The lawsuits were all thrown out at the preliminary hearing, never getting to trial. And if you don’t have a trial, then you have no grounds for appeal.
This year the workbench of misfit toys in the Traitor tot campaign think they have this figured out. RNC co-Chair and Trump mental midget daughter-in-law Lara Trump has been strutting around bragging about how they have an army of more than 100,000 dedicated poll watchers and lawyers ready to challenge every illegal vote. There are just a couple of problems with this faustian nightmare scenario.
First of all, poll watchers have to be trained and approved by the election board, and there are a limited number of them. When Teri and I voted on Monday there were two of them, one Democratic and one Republican, standing on opposite sides of the check in table, observing the balloting. I half expected one of them to file a challenge because Teri and I were standing at the same voting machine, but they didn’t.
What Trump and the RNC have is an army of goons standing around outside of minority heavy polling places, holding clipboards and scowling at minorities standing in line waiting to vote, each with a card in his pocket with the phone number of the legal equivalent of a cruise ship doctor to call if they even think they see something funny. And then these legal salamanders slither into action.
And it’s working about as well as 2020. This time these cretins are springing into action before election day with lawsuits, hoping to get trial dates after election day, where possible appeals can once again throw the state certification process into pandemonium.
But it’s not working, for the exact same goddamned reasons as in 2020. Earlier this week, courts in Michigan and Nevada threw out lawsuits in Nevada and Michigan for alleged voting irregularities. I’ll have more to say about the Nevada suit shortly. And before that, courts in Michigan and North Carolina threw out lawsuits challenging votes from foreign US resident voters. And all for the same reasons, lack of standing, and lack of evidence.
In Nevada, these imbeciles with 11th grade educations wearing hunting vests and camouflage caps have a checklist of things to look for. And they’re making pains-in-the-asses of themselves. They’re standing around outside the secure area, counting to make sure the site is properly staffed. Then they ask for stupid sh*t like the serial numbers of the voting machines so they can be checked against the election board records, and actual access to the voting machines themselves to check their security. This from ass clowns who can’t even remember their own debit card PIN numbers. And when they’re rebuffed, they run away and dial the magic number on their cards.
These howler monkeys are actually accomplishing two self destructive acts at once. First, by blowing their wads on senseless lawsuits pre election, they’re leaving themselves with fewer possible post election lawsuits, since without standing or new evidence, these have already been adjudicated and thrown out. And second, they’re only pissing off these state and federal judges, poisoning the well for post election suits, and probably having the judges taking names for future referrals to state bar associations.
One more thing. I have a News Flash! for Trump and the GOP. It ain’t a surprise the second time around! One of the reasons that so many of these dipsh*t lawsuits are being shot down so early is that the Harris campaign and the DNC have their own army of lawyers, led by the Marc Elias group who already have written responses to the most likely dumb ass motions.
I wrote earlier tonight that Nevada political guru Jon Ralston said that having the Elon Rust motley mob going against the Reid Machine in GOTV wasn’t even a fair fight. And the same thing goes for these GOP/RNC Perry Mason wannabes going up against the talented DNC and Harris campaign sharks. Add to it the fact that during the last four years, formerly red states like Michigan turned blue have tightened up their vote certification processes, and the hill just gets that much steeper. Like Blade said, Some fothermuckers are always trying to ice skate uphill.

In Carrboro there were four chairs inside the voting area…all empty with badges laying on them labeled ‘poll watcher’. I’m sure the badges found no irregularities.
