I’ve written about this before, but now we actually have some solid numbers I can show you to make my point, and I think you’ll find them rewarding.
Fairly recently I wrote that following his crash and burn, with no new voters left to woo, Traitor Tot was going to be embarking on a campaign of appearing on a series of ultra far right, what are at their base message boards, holding interviews and town halls, and chasing low information, low intensity non college white men where they live, looking to scrape them off of the couch and out to vote. I pointed out at the time that the problem is that they’re largely tuned out to politics. He’s just an entertaining freak show.
Meanwhile, the Harris-Walz campaign, especially their grassroots activists, are busy activating their secret weapon, and trying to put the election away right now. Here’s how.
It’s actually a two pronged approach. And on the first prong, I don’t think I can give Harris credit. She got lucky, because when the DNC scheduled the convention, Biden was still at the top of the ticket. And at the time, Biden was tanking with the 18-29 voter bloc, and it was killing his polling numbers.
A brief aside here. In 2020 it was Biden’s pro gun control, pro choice, pro environment agenda that motivated the 18-29 bloc that helped to propel his victory. In 2022 he motivated them again, and their record turnout heled to turn the Big Red wave into a strawberry Kook Ade Tommee Tippee cup spill. This was also a critical bloc for Barack Obama in his successful campaigns. And in 2024 Biden was bleeding out with them.
Which is where Harris’s stroke of luck came in. As we all know, she had a blow the roof off convention. And just incidentally, that was also the first week on campus at many state colleges and universities. And the Democrats didn’t waste the opportunity.
Even before Harris officially accepted the nomination, progressive grassroots organization had spread to colleges and universities just opening up, setting up voter registration booths and tables on campus. And they did it intelligently. They put them places like across the sidewalk from the administration building, next to the cafeteria, study hall, or library or student union. All high traffic locations for student foot travel.
And it worked like a charm. One example. On the Thursday that Harris accepted the nomination, one group got to the University of Texas at 8:30 and set up. By 9:30 the line was some 60 students long, and by noon it was over 100 students patiently waiting to register, or receive instructions and hints on how to vote away from home. The majority of colleges and universities with voter registration booths up and running reported excptionally high turnout for voter registration. And that’s all over, not just Texas.
The second stroke was pure coordination between the Harris campaign and the grassroots organizations. This week, anticipating a Harris blowout of Trump at the debate, on Wednesday morning, they once again flooded the zone on college campuses with voter registration booths, and reported exceedingly high student turnout for most of the day. So much so that many of the groups came back on Friday. And God knows it ain’t Traitor Tot that’s bringing out the kids.
Here’s why this could be critical. Recently election savant Steve Kornacki of MSNBC issued a cautionary warning about polling from two critical battleground states, Wisconsin and Pennsylvania. He warned that both in 2016 when Clinton was running, as well as with Biden in 2020, state polling showed both of them with comfortable leads. But when election day came, the final tallies were razor thin, Clinton losing in 2016, and Biden squeaking through in 2020.
It was a purely Trumpian phenomena Kornacki was describing. I call it the Bullsh*t Liar Phenomenon. And it means that there are dumb ass, chickensh*t voters in those states that are embarrassed to admit that they’re actually voting for this slovering criminal dotard, so they lie, either claiming to be for the Democrat, or calling themselves unsure. And it skewed the poll results.
But you know what? That sword cuts both ways. And here’s where the Harris-Walz campaign’s devotion to grassroots organization will pay fulsome rewards. because the largely 18-24 voters that these grassroots groups are signing up are what I call stealth voters. And according to Walk For Our Lives founder David Hogg, some 3.5 million of them came to voting age between election day of 2020 and today.
And nobody knows they’re even there. Polling organizations get their voter pools from publicly available information from state and local voter registration information with the Secretary of State. And because they want to have a stable reliability pool, they generate these pools about two years before the next election.
There are two basic pools, registered voters and likely voters. And while teens that registered between 2020 and 2022 may have a scattering appear in the registered voter pool, they won’t be fairly represented. And because it requires active votes in the last two elections, none of them will appear on the likely voter rolls.
It didn’t use to matter, since especially the 18-24 voting bloc was notoriously low turnout. But starting with the Parkland high school shooting, and once the world started burning up, the Democrats energized and motivated them to the polls, and they’ve been a reliable voting bloc ever since. And they don’t get accuratly polled.
And this could be the difference maker in critical swing states in 2024. Because while there are almost certainly still bullsh*t Liars out there, maybe more than before since Traitor Tot gets more embarrassing to admit you support, they’re a known entity, and besides, they still make up the same Trump vote he’s gotten for the last two cycles. His final tally is highly likely to similar to the last two. But nobody has any idea of how many of these stealth 18-24 voters are out there, but we do know that they’re motivated.
I will close with this. Everybody knows by now about the Harris campaign’s extreme Cash On Hand advantage over Traitor Tot. But I’ve heard people, both pundits as well as voters being interviewed basically ask, What the hell can you possibly spend a half a billion dollars on? Ummm. For starters, this. You can literally buy votes.
Every candidate with a serious campaign endlessly talks about meeting the voters where they live. And that’s exactly what they’re doing with these on campus voter registration booths. And while Harris and Walz may not show up personally, although both have done college tours, the grassroots organizations they’re funding and helping to train are meeting these kids where they live. In a comfortable surrounding and circumstances, and under comfortable and friendly conditions. Meanwhile Traitor Tot scuttled the grassroots and local organizing groups to pay his legal beagles.
The more you know. And now you know that from here on out, when you look at critical battleground states polling, do a Reagan, Trust but verify. Because nobody knows how many of these Ninja voters are out there. Which makes Florida especially interesting. Because with Flop Gov’s Neanderthal education policies, those campuses become fertile recruiting grounds. Don’t touch that dial.
I thank you for the privilege of your time.

Good points murf. After the debate, I’m sure there’s good material to use in ads etc.
It is heartbreaking that it took a thing like Parkland to have to happen but David Hogg and his efforts are incredible. Take that & Eat Shit MTG.
The Taylor Swift effect could also make a difference in motivating that 18-24 group. Since she posted her endorsement on Instagram, over 400,000 people have clicked on the link about how to register to vote.
