To paraphrase what I said a few days ago, Trump is like an unruly puppy. If you take him out in public, he yaps and nips. And if you leave him at home, he soils the carpet and pulls the curtains down. Note to Kristi Noem: You still shouldn’t shoot the poor thing in the face!
That’s where the Trump campaign is right now. If they let him out in public without a muzzle, he says and does stupid shit. And you don’t even have to see him. The most salient feature of his bullsh*t propaganda chat with Skunk Musk was his slurry speech and garbled sentences. But if they lock him in a dark room with his Paddington Bear, then the media just plays his last atrocity, followed by Harris and Walz’s pithy retorts. Perfect example;
- In his hour long Trumper tantrum yesterday, the CBB (Cry Baby Bastard) once again went off on a personal insult rant against Kamala Harris, publicly rebuking his campaign for trying to stop him. The campaign choker chains him back inside so he can’t embarrass them anymore
- Really? Fat chance. Hours later, out of public sight, but in a fundraiser being recorded, Traitor Tot once again denigrated and disrespected US service members who made the ultimate sacrifice. Which has topped the hour on every cable news broadcast all day, complete with replays of his past slurs on the military
Meanwhile Harris gave a very well received speech on the economy in North Carolina today to an enthusiastic crowd. And starting on Monday is a four day lovefest called the Democratic National Convention. And you gotta know that there isn’t enough sodium pentathol in the country to keep Trump out of it for the whole four days.
And here’s where former GOP strategist and The Lincoln Project co-founder Rick Wilson comes in. It seems like some of the saner, or at least more self preservation minded House minions are trying to pull away from Trump and Vance’s more toxic bullsh*t. Led by House Squeaker Mike Johnson, who bluntly told his caucus to stop parroting the racist bullsh*t and talk about the issues people care about. Just one small problem. These misfit toys have spent the last eight years parroting traitor Tot. They wouldn’t know an actual issue if it snuck up and bit them on the nose.
Primo example. The Harris-Walz campaign has apparently started putting out what could be described as podcasts, just Harris and Walz sitting in chairs, next to or facing each other and talking. Personal stuff as well as issues. One had them laughing about how Harris had to call Walz twice to offer Walz the VP slot, since Walz didn’t recognize the incoming number and let it bounce to VM.
In one cutesy episode, Harris and Walz are talking recipes, and Walz gives Harris his personal recipe for taco meat to stuff the shells with. Which immediately caused Cancun Teddy Cruz’s teeny little MAGA head to explode. He went on an extended tantrum on Twitter, lambasting Harris and Walz, and finished by insulting Walz for the spice content of his taco meat.
Really? The only thing you need to know about Cruz’s culinary skills is that this is the same mental midget who made a video extolling the virtues of AR-15 bacon, which is made by wrapping the bacon around the barrel, covering it with tin foil, and firing off about a hundred rounds. Look out Coach! Here comes Chef Teddy!
And Rick Wilson couldn’t stop laughing his ass off. He finally wiped tears from his eyes and said something like, It’s pathetic. Not Trump, his brain has been broken since day one. But these idiots have been copying Trump for so long, and their brains are so broken that we’re heading into the general election, and these idiots have nothing to talk about other than the quality of an opponents taco meat recipe, about than an opponents taco meat recipe!
And Rick is right. Trump is busy personally insulting Harris and questioning her true racial identity. Vance is busy slamming the military service of a man who spent six times as long in uniform as Vance did. Trump is running around now claiming that Now that it’s back to the states, abortion is a very small issue, while Vance opines that White suburban women don’t really care about abortion. They’re more worried about raising their families, and prices at the supermarket. Right. Try telling that to a vulnerable GOP incumbent in the Philly suburbs.
Meanwhile, every Democratic incumbent and challenger is finding every camera they can to gush over the Harris-Walz plans to lower drug costs, build affordable housing, restore the child tax credit, and bring down grocery prices. And from their GOP opponents? * cheep cheep cheep *
What next? These ballot mice signed up for the full European Plan on this death cruise, and now they’re choking down that humble pie. Trump and Vance’s rhetoric is toxic. And while these sniveling morons can’t parrot that line, they can’t run away from it either, or they’ll have Traitor tot all over their asses for disloyalty.
Personally, if Harris and Walz have the convention I think they’re going to have, I’m looking for the Democrats to get a 4-6 point bounce out of it. And if the GOP keeps self destructing, and that lead holds through Labor Day, don’t be surprised if shortly thereafter the networks start talking about battleground states being taken off the map by Democrats, narrowing Trump’s oath. And if that happens, then the fire alarm is going to sound in the GOP. This should be fun.
I thank you for the privilege of your time.

I just hope that everyone on our side learned the lesson from Trump getting in instead of Ms Clinton.
It’s not over until it’s over, we can never be too far ahead, it’s never such ‘a given’ that you don’t need to vote. Even if the polling ends up Harris +20.
If you don’t vote, the orcs can win.
The landscape inside their collective heads is as barren as death valley. They spend their time trying to sell the tumbleweeds blowing across the ground as ideas.

Just saw this on the comments for Brian Tyler Cohen’s Youtube:
KAMALA – Kickin’ Ass Makin America Laugh Again
Awesome. It also works just as well if you replace the word ‘laughs’ withe ‘love.’
Yes von shitzinpants is a fuck-up. Yes V.P. Harris and Gov. Walz are a breath of fresh air and President Biden has been a great president and did a very noble thing dropping out of the race (I still think it was a foolish thing but not going to change so…). hillbilly boy is wildly disliked, hell, despised. All this is true. Here is another truth: red states are gearing up to -throw out ballots, put road-blocks in place to lower turnout by p.o.c. and others who normally support democrats, and are putting in place people who will prevent the certification of the election thereby bringing the whole stinking mess to congress who will then steal the election for shitzi. The Harris campaign can do everything a campaign possibly can including getting a monstrous amount of votes, even in the swing states, but if there are players already in place to throw this one to von shitzi then I think we all know who will be inaugurated in Jan ’25.
No one is addressing the crimes being committed RIGHT NOW in red states. They are ready folks to steal this election and we are not ready to prevent them.
With you 100% Spike. I can only hope that well-informed people at various levels in state and federal govt are aware of the very real threat of a stolen election, and are quietly putting in place methods of fighting, immediately, the traitorous acts planned by the Repugnicans. The survival of our democracy depends on our government defending it, from top to bottom. Thus far, its record is spotty at best and shamefully inept as far as Trump is concerned: he should have been in court(s) long ago and in the slammer by now.
I read earlier that Fox Entertainment is running Harris/Walz ads bought by the campaign to reach (mainly) daytime viewers that might be curious enough to give a look/listen to what the campaign has to say. Apparently, there are more “soft” viewers watching during the day.
It will be a long, mostly sleepless night for a lot of the GOP after our convention concludes Thursday night. Yes, the voters are predominantly MAGA but many of the elected folks and other leaders (including major donors) are more “MAGA tolerant.” Go along to get along but though few have been willing to go on the record ever since Trump’s rise every journalist has cited multiple GOPers unwilling to speak out on the record. But there was no shortage of concern about Trump’s antics and even outright criticism from some of them. Still, they felt they were stuck with him even as he cost them the House, then the Senate and WH and an awful lot of state legislative seats and some Governorships they thought were in the bag. But 2022 was supposed to be the GOP version of The Empire Strikes Back. For us Star Wars fans the ending was unsatisfying, as it was for Vader and the Empire.
The confidently predicted Red Wave wasn’t and the GOP barely managed to win the House. I deliberately avoided saying gained control of the House because unlike Nancy Pelosi who had the same maring the new GOP majority proved literally from the start to be an ungovernabke cluster fuck. Still, there are I think more MAGA Tolerant GOPers than we may realize. They aren’t going to stand up to Trump. No way. However I suspect those folks have at least a tenuous connection to reality. Glenn Youngkin, Gov. of Virginia is going to be getting a LOT of calls asking how he pulled off the feat of keeping distance between himself and Trump yet somehow not pissing Trump off. Of course having the opponent he did gave him the luxury of not needing Trump stomping around the Old Dominion.
Anway after their hangovers (from despair drinking wear off) what passes for the “wise men” will be having a super secret chat with the “What are we gonna do?” whiners and like in the movie Full Metal Jacket the morning after the Tet Offensive started they’ll get a version of the brief the Captain running the Stars & Stripes guys at Da Nang gave. A blunt assessment that laid out how bad the situation was and the stark fact it was going to be tough, brutal work to defeat all those attacks around South Vietnam. Summed by:
That will be the prevailing message of GOP leaders who aren’t part of the campaign will have to their own troops before the end of the day Friday.
