Donald Trump gave an interview last night, just as awful as you would expect. He told Univision how he was going to get even when he’s reelected. It will be the Revenge Tour, not that that’s new information. But, as usual these days he stumbled when trying to express himself, indicating further cognitive decline. Um…Donald? Genies come out of bottles, jacks spring out of boxes. Ask any 6-year-old. Washington Post:
“Yeah. If they do this, and they’ve already done it, but if they follow through on this, yeah, it could certainly happen in reverse,” Trump told Acevedo, according to excerpts of the interview.
“What they’ve done is they’ve released the genie out of the box,” the former president continued, adding, “You know, when you’re president and you’ve done a good job and you’re popular, you don’t go after them so you can win an election.”
“They have done something that allows the next party … if I happen to be president and I see somebody who’s doing well and beating me very badly, I say, ‘Go down and indict them.’ They’d be out of business. They’d be out of the election,” Trump continued.
And of course he had a few bon mots about foreign policy, ever his strong suit.
“When you hear that you’re going to be separated from your family, you don’t come,” Trump told Univision. “When you think you’re going to come into the United States with your family, you come.”
The decision to separate families, he argued, “stopped people from coming by their hundreds of thousands because when they hear family separation, they say ‘Well, we better not go.’”
By the hundreds of thousands, the man says. What a shame. I mean, these hoards of people could have bought MAGA hats and appeared at rallies. That’s a terrible loss.
Interesting how Trump is seeking to shore up the Hispanic vote after his horrible comments about “Mexican rapists and drug dealers” and “they’re not sending their best.” And Trump doesn’t have a good relationship with Univision, per se.
Acevedo’s sit-down marks the first time Trump has participated in such an interview with the network since he removed Univision anchor Jorge Ramos from a news conference on the campaign trail in 2015. Univision and Trump also settled a lawsuit in 2016 over the network’s decision not to air Trump’s Miss Universe and Miss USA pageants — part of the network’s broad effort at the time to cut ties with the Trump Organization as a result of Trump’s controversial comments about Mexican immigrants.
The Trump Organization is busy cutting ties with itself, these days — although to hear Trump tell it, they’re just winning, winning, getting tired of winning in New York.
Family separation under orange fat guy was cruel and callous. Those “in charge” didn’t bother to keep track of the parents of those children they put in cages. Those kids slept on cement with mylar blankets, without even the implements of basic hygiene. Who does that and brags about it? Why is Univision giving a platform to the monster that thinks of them, and treats them, as trash?
That was a plan, not a bug. How many of those children separated from their parents did not make if back to their parents? Where are they now? The magats make a big show out of the trafficking C.T. which makes me think a LOT of projection is occurring and the g.q.p. has sold those children for nefarious purposes. I wonder if any of the missing children are even alive at this point. Since all of this happened during the mango moron’s white house squatting time, why isn’t more being made of it? Missed opportunity is all I’m saying.

Not just No electricity and no computer or car. No clothing other than the fur they skinned off an animal they killed with a rock and skinned with a rock. No houses other than whatever vegetation they can prop together or cave they found. No fire until they find flint or figure out what kind of sticks are needed to rub together. Interesting how tRump is using the right to free speech as his lame excuse for why he keeps breaking the court-ordered gag orders imposed on him, but he wants to shoot others who express THEIR right to free speech and to assemble peacefully! If (God forbid!!!) he gets back to the White House, he will be the Hypocrite In Chief.
