We got a few days reprieve from Donald Trump’s $hitposting, but that’s all over now. He’s back on American soil — ostensibly to show E. Jean Carroll what’s what — and he’s mad as hell and telling MAGA not to take it anymore. In Trump’s telling of it, the recently convicted seditious conspirators were merely pawns in a larger purge of patriots, and now, MAGA, they are coming for you.

Same lunatic, different day. My prediction is that this will turn into one of his marathon meltdowns. It makes sense. He’s under tremendous stress and posting on social media is how he processes emotion.

Should be a great day. Here’s a glimpse of his mental landscape today, ye Trump biographers.

Comically, Trump projects exactly what he wants to do. I’m sure he wants to sleep. I would want to sleep like Rip Van Winkle if I had 1/10 of his legal headaches.

In all events, it’s Friday, let’s see if Joe Tacopina gets a motion before Judge Lewis Kaplan and reopens the Carroll matter. Right now this minute, that is the most pressing deadline.

  1. Couple of thoughts:

First, it’s funny how Trump’s whining about the “Courts” being a “rubber stamp” when that was EXACTLY what *HIS* GOP Congress was and, in most of Trump’s cases that DIDN’T involve the election, the “Courts” largely acted as a “rubber stamp” for HIS policies.

Secondly, Biden’s decision to not attend the coronation is COMPLETELY understood by the Palace. For starters, the US delegation will be headed by the First Lady so the UK’s “not happy” status is a lot less so that Trump “thinks” it is. Secondly, the last time there was a coronation, President Dwight Eisenhower DID NOT ATTEND (and he was a Republican, for what it’s worth–not to mention he had much closer ties to the UK, having been there for much of the war, overseeing the US effort in fighting fascism) and his delegation just included some “high-level officials” as described in a Marie Claire article. (That same article includes a comment from Victoria Arbiter–described as a “royal expert”–noting that an invitation to the President requires a lot of additional security that basically turns into a “circus.” The article itself is at http://www.marieclaire.com/celebrity/royals/who-turned-down-invitation-coronation/ .) We all know if Trump were still President and had been invited, there definitely would’ve been a circus and Trump would, of course, embarrass the United States by demanding special seating and whining until he got his way (and when the officials in charge of the coronation would refuse, he would find some excuse that required him to skip the coronation–then he’d probably send Jared and Ivanka to head up the delegation).

  2. Grumpy wouldn’t go because they don’t give out two crowns. Second, for him to post ‘smarten up’ to his cult is laughable. Why, I’m going to stop typing and go demand my dog ‘smarten up’, get off her arse, get a job, and help with the bills! Sweating much baby huey, down in the nursing home and teenage drunk tank known as florida? I’m sorry. I forgot you’re going to NYC to defend your honor against that lying whore and the 26 other lying whores. My bad. I wonder how many women Jesus raped?
