I didn’t think anybody could bottom Mellissa Carone for being in real life what the SNL writers struggle to create in their imaginations, but I was wrong. GOPer Tina Forte, running against Alexandria Ocasio Cortez has actually made Carone look normal — and that’s with Mellissa broadcasting from under the bed and everything.
Forte is quite a piece of work.

Only the best people. Hand to God, I never thought I would see the party of Eisenhower or even the party of Reagan descend to this level. I’ve actually had friends in this lifetime who were good people and happened to be Republicans for one reason or another. That day is done.
