If there is one job title in this world which is synonymous with “accursed” it would be Lawyer to Mike Lindell. If that’s who you are in the world, you really need to rethink some of your life choices.
Lindell was the keynote speaker at the Colorado Capitol on Tuesday at the “Election Truth Rally,” which also featured prominent Colorado election deniers Mesa County Clerk Tina Peters and state Rep. Ron Hanks. He voiced this bon mot.
“You guys here in Colorado, you’re in a battle — you’re like the tip of the spear (against) evil of epic proportions,” he said.
We think he meant the tip of the iceberg, because an iceberg is an object whose proportions are largely hidden from sight, under the ocean, and a spear is, well, pretty obviously a spear and not all that big. But this is Mike Lindell raving, so concessions must be made.
In any event, at this conclave of election deniers, Lindell was served process upon. The lawsuit was a defamation lawsuit filed by Eric Coomer, a former employee of Dominion Voting Systems, who Mike Lindell has gone out of his way to defame. And so what does he do when served with papers to hold him accountable for that act? Being Mike Lindell, he goes out and defames the same guy some more.

Mike Lindell is a character that you cannot make up. He is the walking epitome of the trope, “the truth is stranger than fiction.”
If you’ve been following the Lindell pieces we post here, he is getting worse. His rage is escalating. He is surrounded by enablers and sycophants who listen to him and let him scream and why not? They’re getting a paycheck. I don’t blame those people, especially after having worked for a few crazies myself. It’s calling “going along to get along” and we’ve all done it.
That said, there usually comes a time when other people who have a vested interest in the crazy’s boss’s business, or the crazy boss, step forward and attempt to defuse things. We are at that point in the Lindell saga.
Lindell has made it epically clear that he can’t deal with any of these new legal developments except to become more and more outraged. He’s made it clear that he can’t be asked a question by a member of the press without going off the rails and literally screaming. The man needs help.
It’s April 6. Let’s see if we’re still having the same conversation on May 6. I think Lindell’s crack up is imminent, unless somebody takes hold.

Not being a lawyer I have to ask – I know a Summary Judgement can be obtained in favor of a Defendant in a Civil Proceeding if the Plaintiff fails to meet the legal threshold of FACTS that are admissible under the rules of evidence prior to the trial beginning. Is it possible for a Plaintiff to receive a Summary Judgement in their favor if the Defendant can be proven (in this case literally in his own words and actions) to have committed the actions alleged and the evidence of having done so is admissible under the rules of evidence?
No wonder he is pissed! Because he supported the media’s “non-darling”, you all have been trying to “cancel” tr”cancel” his entire livelihood and that of all the people he employs. Do you mean Trump was the media’s “non-darling?” For crying out loud, the media gave Trump more free passes (and a hell of a lot of free political advertising) than ANY previous presidential candidate (not to mention President) ever enjoyed. If Trump so much as farted, the media were right there to cover it (even MSNBC and CNN–the supposedly “far-left” media outlets) as if it were some kind of late-breaking news story, especially in Trump’s early days (during the 2016 campaign season and the first year of his time in the White House). His claims that Hillary was somehow masterminding his defeat and that she was involved in all sorts of nefarious dealings that needed investigating (but Obama wouldn’t assign) were treated with a legitimacy that they, in NO way, even merited (not even by Fox “News”). PROOF that Trump was doing much the same things that he was accusing Hillary of doing was completely ignored by the “liberal” mainstream media because, well, he was Donald Trump (who had this really annoying tendency to file lawsuits against people over the mildest slight against him).
But there’s no reasoning with the likes of you or your misbegotten fascist autocrat-desiring ilk.
And, little missy, it’s funny that you think we’d be “nearing a war with Russia” because Russia and China “have been propping up” the Bidens for years? Really? What kind of effin’ twisted logic could possibly come to that? You DON’T go to war against someone that’s “propping” you which was the main reason Trump did NOTHING to cross Putin during his four years in office. (And, with regards to China, just remind me what business the Biden family was doing with them that was different from IVANKA Trump and the numerous patents that she got for HER business with China.)
If Trump had managed to connive his way back into the White House, Ukraine would’ve been overrun within 2 weeks of Putin’s invasion. NATO wouldn’t have had any kind of leadership to back Ukraine because Trump had done so much damage during his 4 years that the organization would’ve collapsed within the first 6 months of a second Trump administration. Oh, and by the way, you ignorant piece of trailer-park trash (and I realize I’m insulting trailer-park trash with that comparison), just remember that TRUMP tried to bribe Ukraine’s government into digging up “evidence” against Hunter Biden before Ukraine could get the military equipment THE US HAD ALREADY PROMISED UKRAINE (a deal which had been duly approved by Congress and the Defense Department).
Now, go back to whatever bridge you crawled out from and place another order for more of Lindell’s crappy merchandise (especially since he’s now marked down pretty much everything to 70% off in a desperate attempt to round up cash).
And, by the way, this is NOT Twitter or Instagram or Facebook, so you can leave off all the hashtags. The only thing they do is show that you don’t know where you are.
Also, if Lindell were a “big lib,” he wouldn’t be promoting a line of bullshit about a “stolen election.” WE all know the ONLY “steal” happened in 2016 when Hillary Clinton was robbed of her rightful presidency because of the Electoral College (even though she got more votes). It’s funny that Trump only whined about a “steal” because he didn’t win the Electoral College. He didn’t go around for 2 years whining about “voter fraud” after getting the Electoral College win because he won the “important” election contest. The man spent ALL OF 2020 claiming that he could only lose in November would be from rigged elections (but his blind followers such as you and Lindell conveniently forgot about that).
Oh. There is one last little thing: Lindell claims that he has all this evidence but he doesn’t seem to understand how courts work when it comes to evidence. They don’t let you just bring in evidence that hasn’t been vetted BY THE COURT ITSELF. But Lindell would only let the courts see any of his “evidence” until they let him present in court at the actual hearing/trial.

My first thought was that Lindell needs to be one of the many RepubliKKKans and Q-Nuts to be exiled to Clipperton Island with only the cloths on their backs. But then I realized that sending Lindell or any of the others that so deserve to be exiled to that island would be unfair to the Clipperton (orange) Crabs and the birds and rats that inhabit the island. They should all be exiles to Russia (specifically Siberia) instead!!
