During the 2016 campaign it was considered shocking when a man in an open carry state, Georgia, was seen loitering outside a local Democratic Headquarters. And it was an alarming image. It was open intimidation, right out in broad daylight. Wednesday night another kind of open intimation occurred. An unidentified person tried to burn down Democratic headquarters in Austin, Texas.

What’s that you say? Maybe we should run on ad on Texas TV stations, “Citizens, it’s ten o’clock. They had a very small item he/she threw at the building, probably a road flare for heat to start a simple thermite reaction, extreme heat for a short time but very effective .. seems there was a red flash in there as well …

As far as the 1/6 cases – they’re going through the misdemeanor cases *first*. The felony stuff will come later. They’re building those case, getting information (audio/video) from the ones being handled now. (45 days, when the recommendation was probation, is not light. And the Feds don’t do time off for good behavior.)
From any angle, that gross video of Trumpists smashing our precious Capitol building IS a federal crime against the Constitution, our property, not to mention murder of police defending the Capitol, and attempted murder of others with verbal threats and actions against the Secretary of State and death threats against the Vice President, providing a convenient gallows for just that purpose … anything less than life in prison for Trump and his henchmen, including Republicans on the phone calls that were complicit and non-respondent …
Any Republican that knew of Trump’s plans and actions should get at least 20 years for not calling in warnings and reinforcements …
