This fits in totally with Donald Trump’s character. He’s always one to cut off his nose to spite his face. He did not want to have his mugshot taken or any personal details about himself known. That we know. And evidently he pressured his lawyers to make the mugshot go away. We know he cut loose Drew Findling the day of the Georgia arraignment and hired Steven Sadow. Analysts immediately jumped on that move and opined that Trump was crazy to keep changing his legal team, it was too disruptive.
Nevertheless, Trump did what he did and he went to Georgia. He was able to self report his height and weight and whether that’s standard operating procedure or something that was negotiated, I don’t know. Probably self reporting is standard because the sheriff made clear that Trump wasn’t going to get any preferential treatment. But he couldn’t negotiate out the mugshot in all events and that pi$$ed him off something fierce.
And the mugshot looks like an actor’s headshot. Has anybody else noticed that? I had an actor friend in New York email me and ask about that and I haven’t got a clue. Alina Habba, his lawyer and constant companion, said that she persuaded him to not smile. But the lighting is very professionally done. It’s not the glaring lighting. If you look at the thing, he’s got shadow on one side, light on another. And his makeup is slathered on, that’s nothing new.

The mugshots vary and the lighting is decent on both Trump and Giuliani. I have no idea. if anybody founds out if Trump brought in his own crew, let us know. I have no doubt his toilette and coiffure were done by pros, that’s par for the course. I wouldn’t be surprised to find out that he hires people to wipe his ass. God knows he hires them to kiss it.
The last time my eyes looked that red, I’d either been crying or smoking weed…or both.
He doesn’t sleep well. Or, he takes naps. Because we know for a fact that he tweets at two, three a.m. So maybe he’s a night owl who goes to bed mad?
I’m not sure he’s really anti mugshot. He has been rumoured to consider using it for mugs, t shirts, etc.
However, should he actually do that he could end up in court (again) as the copyright would rest with the sheriff’s department
Traitor Tot should have been photographed in an orange jumpsuit (maybe they didn’t have any in XXXXXXL size?) and in front of a height chart! I still think he should be waiting his various trials in a 6×8 foot concrete cell with a stainless steel toilet/sink and no windows.
I have questioned whether his “mug shot” really is his mug shot-still do in fact. It just seems way too posed particularly when you consider he does not do what he doesn’t want to do without a considerable amount of whining and carrying on and he was likely pissing himself when he entered the Fulton County facility. No, I think the shot on the far left in the group of three is much more likely to be real.
Poor folks would have sat in a holding cell for hours at best. Then they would be moved to the pod with cells, awaiting the processing of their bail. That could spill over to the next day. If they couldn’t post bail, then they are incarcerated until appearing before a judge to get a disposition. If they happen to get arrested before the weekend, they will sit there all weekend. Trump, for all the hand wringing WAS NOT treated like everyone else. Of course, people with money would have a lawyer pushing to expedite the process. The poor are just ignored until the system has to act. Another American myth…equality.

Oh with a decent lawyer. I hesitate to say good with Trump. But a decent lawyer could move him through the process pretty quickly. And the jail was shut down. Remember that. And they have a real website. Lawyers could have been in communication with the deputy’s going into the jail. It’s feasible they did the picture and sent it in. Probably all he had to do is file a form or two and do some signatures. Probably the reason it took twenty minutes was Trump was doing selfies with the deputies.
