Truth Social just lit up about three minutes ago with a rebuttal from Donald Trump to the exclusive bombshell which CNN published about two hours ago (6:00 p.m. PT) with the audio wherein Trump admits that he is in possession of a classified document, “I could have declassified it when I was president.”
Here’s what just spewed from the blow hole of the Great Orange Whale.
How it’s an exoneration is beyond me. But that’s the tack they’re taking. CNN is reporting that Trump campaign spokesman Steven Cheung said in statement that “the audio tape provides context proving, once again, that President Trump did nothing wrong at all.” No, the audio tape provides evidence that Trump: 1. Knew the document under discussion was classified; 2. Knew that it should not be there; 3. Knew that he could not classify it at that time; 4. Ergo, was aware of the criminal nature of the matter.

I’m starting to think that Trump is really as stupid as he seems-even though I used to think that nobody could be THAT stupid.
But it appears I was wrong, his stupidity is like republican integrity, whenever it’s as bad as you think it can get, it gets worse.

The question that Cooper didn’t address is whether the aides and journalists who were at the meeting have been subpoenaed. trump naturally lied about the ‘papers’ saying they were just newspaper clippings, but it’s obvious from the shuffling noises and discussion they were sheets of paper written specifically for him. At one point you can hear one of the journalists gasp a bit when she saw the contents of the document. Smith now has trump’s response and he can play it back after the jury hears testimony from those who attended. This may be why certain pieces of evidence are leaking. Smith is setting traps for the cantaloupe cretin.

The first printed line in the Twitter video shows a staffer saying, “That was your coup .” but the audio sounds more like “That was your CUE.” What do you think? Cue seems the appropriate word, though in the entire context, I guess it really doesn’t make a big difference. Just wondering . . .
