This is moving fast and intriguingly. James “Phil” Waldron, who authored the now-infamous Power Point presentation on how the 2020 election was going to be stolen by Donald Trump and his band of complicit elves, just now heard from the January 6 Select Committee.
And it’s signed by Bennie Thompson.
This will send us straight into the zone of conspiracy theory about the voting machines, as the presentation recommended all voting done through voting machines to be invalid. Now since the talking point about mail-in ballots is that they’re also fraudulent, that doesn’t leave you with much.
And the presentation was pure Lindell country, talking about voting machines “shifting” votes from Trump to Biden.
This is going to be good.
People who don’t get that mail-in ballots are the same as the paper ballots at your precinct station…or whatever your local equivalent is.
Also, the mail-in ballots usually are military, college students, elderly and covid avoiders. Not groups you want to attack, in my mind.
Oregon has been voting by mail for a number of years. It’s a ballot like any ballot, with two envelopes, an inner one for secrecy, an outer one that we sign on the back. No big deal. Quick, easy, tidy and all of Oregon does it.
They are absurd idiots. If you throw out all votes that went through a machine and mail-in-votes, there would not be any votes left, would there? Aren’t mail-in votes also counted by machines? Can they not see this? How long have they been in Oceania? More to the point, when do we defeat Oceania?
In my area – a lot of the older people vote by mail. I’d think they would skew toward Republican. Shooting themselves in the foot again!
