Desperate is as desperate does. The Republican National Committee is concerned about their candidate’s chances for survival right now, so they’ve hired Chris LaCivita, the architect of Swift Boat Veterans for Truth, to do to Joe Biden what he did to John Kerry in 2004. LaCivita will head up a super PAC, Preserve America, financed by Sheldon Adelson, Bernie Marcus and others, which is expected to spend $30 Million on an advertising blitz, to counter the anti-Trump blitz currently on TV. The Swift Boat campaign featured direct-to-camera testimonials from veterans who served with Kerry in the Vietnam War. Likewise, this campaign features ads from people who have lost a loved one to violence, and we are to believe that weak Joe Biden will defund the police and leave America helpless and unguarded, while strong Donald Trump will keep us safe. Too bad LaCivita wasn’t around when Twilight Zone was on the air, I think he’s got the knack for that kind of other-worldly spin.
It’s too late. There’s no way they’re going to change minds with a PAC running phony “law and order” ads. People see with their own eyes what s going on and that TRUMP is “too weak” to stop it — or too complicit. And the candidates are both so defined now. BTW I never heard of this Guyana had to look him up, since I knew the vile Jerome Corsi and John O’Neill were the architects of Swift Boat Veterans for the Truth. This guy was just. communications advisor. He didn’t found the group.
No argument there. Politico is pointing out that LaCivita is in charge of this ad campaign to save Trump and he was one of the Swift Boat people.
Ursula, you have to go online and see if the speech Biden just made in Pennsylvania is posted yet. It was a barnburner! He took Trump on directly and smashed his face in, verbally speaking. He sounded really fired up and angry talking about all the violence and chaos in TRUMP’S America and how all he does is encourage it, and how we have to vote this toxin out of our national bloodstream. I loved where he said “Do I look like a ‘radical socialist’ to you?” I mean he confronted EVERYTHING Trump has been babbling. It was fierce!

Trump is out of luck, Joe Biden known. He is universally liked. That is why he wanted to run against a woman, or Bernie. Easy targets.
Especially Bernie. As much as some like his ideas, he comes across as cranky, brusque and irascible.

As Biden, himself says, you can’t try and scare people about ‘Biden’s America’, by showing them Trump’s America as it is today.
‘Vote for me or awful things might happen’ looses it’s impact when it’s already happening under your watch.
Trump has forgotten that he can’t run as ‘The Challenger’ when he’s the incumbent, he has to run on the mess he has made, not ‘Only I can fix this’.

Don’t matter how many campaign specialists you hire. If you don’t have a sellable candidate you aren’t going to win. And moron trump would ignore the pope if you got him.
