This is just starting to move around the ethernet. As you probably have heard, a billionaire’s wife started a GoFundMe for Donald Trump, to pay off his $355 million fine for the Trump Organization’s fraud, in their civil case. So people who are thousandaires and hundredaires, are bailing out a guy who’s purportedly a billionaire. Do you love it?

The only problem is this: (the top part is cut off a bit.) It says GoFundme does not allow, etc. Kyle Rittenhouse’s GoFundMe campaigns were taken down. He ended up getting “Christian” funding. This is the world we live in, when a young punk crossing state lines to murder people can obtain defense lawyer funds from people who claim to be followers of Jesus. Also defense funds for financial crimes are supposedly prohibited, and if that’s the case, then color this GoFundMe gone.

It’s still up there because 1., it’s the weekend, 2. Monday is a holiday for some people, President’s Day. And there’s no rush. The money will be returned. And Trump will find a way to get it, on that you may depend. Maybe he’ll have Dinesh D’Souza call up a bunch of people to be mules or coyotes or coyote-mules, to go get the money and dump it in Trump drop boxes everywhere.

Expect that to happen soon, a Trump drop box where you can just give him all your money. They could be set up right beside ATMs. As soon as your paycheck deposit credits, run to the ATM, get money for Trump and put it in the box, and then go have yourself a McDonald’s, if there’s anything left.

Take a look. These are mostly small dollar donations. Some are as large as $100, but there are a lot of $10s and $20s.

What has always amazed me, is if Trump is a billionaire, why oh why does he need the hundredaires to send him money? And what has amazed me further is why none of them seem to question it.

I recall reading about a MAGA who made eight small dollar donations to Trump in one day. How I wish I had bookmarked that story because now is when I would share the link. Somehow, this man (I don’t recall his name, only that it was a guy) thought of Trump a lot that day and had to go make a small dollar deposit every couple of hours. This is assuming that he was awake 16 hours that day and slept the other eight.

A lot of these stories boggle the mind. But I think I know the answer: Trump is the only political figure speaking the language of the lost and the losers in this culture — at least at the presidential level. You may recall Jennifer Crumbley, mother to convicted murderer Ethan Crumbley. She was a Trump supporter. She wrote Trump a letter, praising his 2nd Amendment stance, saying how she felt “safe” as a realtor and as a woman, if she showed a home to somebody “with bad intentions.” Great. Nothing like doing a walk through with some crazy who might decide you have bad intentions and blow you away.

But as we’ve seen, Mrs. Crumbley is not doing so well. She was sentenced to 15 years for manslaughter recently. In any event, she identified with what Trump was pitching. The illegal aliens are getting all the breaks, massive handouts happen to other people but not to deserving Americans like herself, etc. These are the people Hillary Clinton identified as “deplorables.” Tragic but true.

In all events, Trump may not get even the $188K that had been raised so far from the GoFundMe. Shucks. And that should put him in an even fouler mood.

I wonder if Melania has met with her lawyers and or accountants lately and if they’ve spelled out the reality of Trump world to her? How much you want to bet she’s really going to be giving Greta Garbo a run for the money in the months to come?

  1. I think they all believe it’s a privilege to pay trumps unfair and undeserved fines, of course he shouldn’t have to pay them himself. that’s what cults do and I don’t think there is anything that will convince them otherwise.
    as for Melania, i’m betting she has at least a few million socked away somewhere.

    • Maybe, but it wouldn’t surprise me if she needs a GoFundMe after her beloved hubby is behind bars and without money/assets after all these judgements against him. There would be a certain schadenfreude to that. Jar-jar and princess already go theirs from the murderer in saudi arabia-was this forethought on their part or luck?

  4. GoFundMe won’t even cover the interest on his judgment. By my calculation, he’s currently adding about $110,000 a day to his tab. Will the trump tower suite be listed on Monday, or does Jean Carroll already have the keys?
