I am glad to see aggressive ads against Trump. He provides so much free ammunition, just repeating his words over and over will devastate him. He has a lot of problems, but ads calling him bunker boy, or a coward are literally making him crazy. His problems at West Point looked like a guy with a hangover. Since he doesn’t drink, he could have been withdrawing from Adderall or cocaine.
Could also be or in addition to health problems derived from treating his body like Chernobyl for several decades. He’s actually a modern-day illustration of why so many noble classes in times past developed fun stuff like gout. They’d gorge themselves on rich foods like meats, little to no veggies (AKA peasant food). Then as happened with Henry VIII, the health complications would kick in.
So how’s that acquittal vote looking now, cowards?

Unless these ads reach the young (who historically NEVER vote enough to make a difference), these are just slick propaganda that will have absolutely no impact on the real world.

Wow…nice bashing of the people who are going to be dealing with the problems we older generations collectively failed to solve ahead of this moment. In fact, I have noticed a very strange dichotomy when it comes to folks older than myself speaking of folks younger than myself in these last three years. On the one hand, there’s this idealized “young people will lead the way” that sounds like the lost hopes of hippies everywhere. On the other hand–and sometimes even in the same breath–I hear disparagement like this which sounds like a variant on “why can’t they be more responsible already?”
For me, all that is such a depressing letdown. I would have hoped more boomers or even my own Gen Xers would have been a LITTLE more patient. As too often happens, I apparently hoped in vain.
