If you watch Fox News at all, which we certainly don’t recommend, your head will spin from the pro-Putin, anti-Putin, anti-anti-Putin propaganda being spun. Maybe they are depending on overnight rating stats and trying to see if one fabrication works better than another. Who knows?

But it is interesting that Tucker Carlson’s broadcast is going straight over to Russian TV, where they slap on subtitles. That’s because TuckyoRose is spewing Kremlin talking points. So maybe he’s the bad cop?

Then who’s the good cop? Apparently, Maria Bartiromo, who claims that Putin is “partners” with the White House. This is flaming nuts, and so it begs the question, how can Fox News be spewing both this and what Carlson comes up with? The most workable theory is that they’re playing good cop, bad cop with the diametrically opposing views.

That is certainly news that this administration sees Putin as a partner. Here’s what the White House said after journalist Brent Renaud was killed earlier today. CBS News:

White House national security adviser Jake Sullivan called reports of Renaud’s death “shocking and horrifying,” telling “Face the Nation” on Sunday that the U.S. and its allies would impose “appropriate consequences” against Russia for the killing.

“I will just say that this is part and parcel of what has been a brazen aggression on the part of the Russians where they have targeted civilians, they have targeted hospitals, they have targeted places of worship and they have targeted journalists,” Sullivan said. […]

Nebytov, the Kyiv police chief, wrote that Renaud “paid [with] his life for trying to highlight the aggressor’s ingenuity, cruelty and ruthlessness,” according to an automated translation of his Facebook post.

Or, maybe what Carlson and Bartiromo are trying to do is just keep the confusion at level 11, hoping that nobody will be able to sort through the drama and figure out what is really begin said.

The only thing sure about Fox News commentary is that you can never be sure what it will be on any given day. They literally stand for nothing and so they will fall for anything — as long as they think it will get ratings.

  2. Rupert Murdoch and his sons are festering boils on humanity. What they have done to honest journalism and truth is criminal. When is enough money enough? Destroying a country, brainwashing low hanging fruit, perpetuating the lie of a stolen election and the myth that a bloated, lying, egocentric megalomaniac with orange makeup and a case of hairspray is a heroic genius is incomprehensible to me. For what? How does that family come out ahead when the planet is nuked to smithereens enabled by their greed? Tucker Carlson is just another turd floating in the toilet of Murdoch’s enterprises.

    • Like I posted the other night in another story, it’s time for the Murdochs to be deported as “enemy agents” and all their US holdings seized and bank accounts frozen.

    As far as Bartiromo and FKR Carlson, I can’t see how they can talk while sucking on Putin and tRumps balls.
