Former WH Chief of Staff Mark Meadows who had a ringside seat to all of Trump’s antics and CRIMES leading up to, during and after the January 6 insurrection is in the news quite a bit today. Lot’s of discussion, including from some legal talking heads about how vulnerable he is legally, but also whether he’s cooperating with the Government. Or trying to dance along the edge of the razorblade – saying “just enough” to cover his own butt on criminal charges but still trying to protect Trump. If only to avoid the wrath of Trump/MAGA for telling the truth in court when the time comes and thereby nuking just about any defense Trump’s lawyers try.
What has intrigued me in recent months, and again today is that for all his importance no one seems to have seen or talked to him. No sightings last week (or for a while now) at the courthouse where the J6 Grand Jury has been working. Or at his lawyer’s legal offices. Some time back I thought he was maybe in some form of Witness Protection or something close to it. It’s not like if Trump were to learn for sure that Meadows had flat-out flipped on him or even did what I suggested a minute ago (try to say enough to protect himself by giving up at least some dirt on Trump) that Trump would issue one of his “lone wolf” calls to his followers. The Trump version of “Will no one rid me of this meddlesome priest?”, or some version between that and a mob boss telling his top folks “One of had better make sure this rat gets whacked. Let the guy who actually does it know I’ve got him covered.”  Oh well.
The thing is, no one seems to know just where Meadows is these days! Has the government offered him a cabin at Camp David, a place secured by the Secret Service and with fully armed Marine Grunts patrolling the woods? It’s more than comfy enough. For both Meadows and any of Smith’s team to meet and discuss testimony/evidence and do so without anyone noticing. (Except for people like me who wonder WTF Meadows is hiding out these days!) Maybe over in Scotland in some super secret underwater hideout, with “Nessie” patrolling the waters and ready to appear ever so briefly well away from it to distract people from looking in the right spot.
It’s a mystery. So how bout it Bigfoot Hunters? Show us what you’ve got, and find Mark Meadows! Sorry, but I’m not loaded so I can’t offer you a financial reward but given how the dude seems to have vanished you’ll get a ton of hits on social media that will bring in investors for your main goal of finding Bigfoot. Think of it like someone in performing arts who hasn’t landed a steady paying gig, and works in a restaurant to pay the rent.
