The field of forensic psychology is a fascinating one. It’s amazing how criminal and sociopathic behavior betrays itself with a look, a gesture, the tensing of a single muscle. In the case of Donald Trump, there is no lack of opportunity to study him, or members of his family, in the act of lying. As a matter of fact, the Art Of The Lie or Art Of The Con should have been Trump’s real signature piece, not Art Of The Deal. Trump wouldn’t have filed for bankruptcy six times and be on the precipice of a seventh if he knew the first thing about business or deal making. Here’s his latest con, which he’s enjoying a lot, selling Bibles during Holy Week. The Pope himself is physically ill right now, I daresay.

Another poet in our midst, this Rector Hendrickson. Trump is no more a man of God and religion than he is a five-star cordon bleu chef — unless they eat McDonald’s when not in the kitchen whipping up transcendent versions of classic recipes. Trump is a con on every level but nowhere is it more disgusting than when he claims to be a Xian. And the fact that some people fall for it is simply and utterly beyond me. How did we get to be so empty and clueless as a culture that anybody in this country falls for this bullshit artist?

And I am not joking when I say Trump will do something even more blasphemous during the Easter holiday. He’s on a roll here. He’s desperate and he needs money, and he’s probably as nervous as hell since Truth Social stock plunged today and closed down several points.

Put nothing past this man. Like a wounded animal is the most dangerous, so is a cornered Trump. He’ll stop at nothing to line his pockets, especially as he gets read for his first criminal trial in two and a half weeks.

  2. Should be fun if he tries selling copies to the Brits – rights in The Authorized Version of the Bible (King James Bible) in the United Kingdom are vested in the Crown and administered by the Crown’s patentee, Cambridge.

    For some oddball reason the copyright on the US edition was dropped in 1999, but that poses a question: as it was originally produced by the Brits and they still hold copyright – is the US in breach of that?

    I somehow can’t see Cambridge University giving permission for a propagandised edition

  3. John 8:42-47…Jesus describes the Devil as ‘a murderer and liar from the beginning, and when he speaks lies, he speaks his native language for there is no truth in him.’ He describes him as the ‘father of all lies’. He must be proud of his son, Trump.
