I was wondering how this would play out today. Barron Trump turned 18. People Magazine ran a piece wherein Melania says that raising a child takes “incredible strength.” Was she lifting him bodily, and that’s what she thought the reporter meant by “raising” a child? Melanoma Melania went on to say … I know what goes into raising a child. Was she talking about Donald or Barron? In any event, this article did drop a very interesting piece of information.
As a social source recently told PEOPLE, much of Barron’s life of late has been focused on looking at colleges for his next chapter — and his mother is very involved in the process.
“Melania’s main job is taking care of Barron, and I think it’s possible that she will follow him wherever he goes to school,” the social source told PEOPLE. “Barron is shy and reserved, and she has been a good mother to him all of these years.”
The source added: “Melania is all about Barron and her family. She has always been family-oriented, and in addition to some of the charity work she has done, staying ahead of family issues is her priority. She has a good life.”
Wouldn’t that be interesting if Melania followed Barron to school? Think about that for a moment, specifically, how many mothers do you know who follow their kids to college?
While you’re thinking about it, what sparked today’s controversy was the tweet in the photo atop this piece. It has since been deleted and Sington has said he meant, “Fair game for publicity.” Which is literal truth. Barron is an adult. However, it was pointed out that he hadn’t said or done anything stupid, unlike the other Trump siblings, with the exception of Tiffany. That’s fair too.
A popular social media satire page called Liam Nissan also said, “Barron Trump turned 18 but I will leave him alone until he says something stupid in public.”
Former Republican lawmaker Joe Walsh, now an independent citizen supporting President Joe Biden, had this to say about Sington’s anti-Trump message.
“This is a horrible thing to say. Take this tweet down.”
Right-wing internet personality Breanna Morello said on Wednesday, “Imagine how severe your mental illness has to be to wake up at 4:44am PT thinking about Barron Trump being 18 and ‘fair game.'”
Journalist Yashar Ali pointed out that Trump son “hasn’t bothered anyone.”
“He hasn’t bothered anyone and has never gotten involved in politics or made a public statement,” he wrote Wednesday. “He deserves to be left alone. All children of candidates who don’t put themselves out there should be left alone.”
Michael R. Caputo, the assistant secretary of public affairs under Trump, asked about Sington’s own children on Wednesday.
“This creepy NBC guy is completely broken,” Caputo said. “I wonder if he has kids? Nephews? Nieces? How old are they?”
You can see from the reaction that emotions run hot. If Barron chooses to stay reclusive, by all means, nobody should bug him. Although I don’t think it would hurt if a reporter asked him something basic, like “What policy of your father’s do you most or least endorse and why?” But I’m sure if somebody did that, the reporter would be hung in effigy or worse.
You’ve heard all the rumors I have, about Barron being on the autism spectrum. I have no information about this one way or the other. I am still tripping over the People “source” who said that s/he expected Melania to move to school with Barron. That I find downright Bizarro World. But then again, this is Trump world we’re talking about. There is no bottom to strangeness.
And in truth, I think that all anybody wants to know from Barron is whether he’s MAGA or not. Although if he didn’t want to jump into this madhouse controversy which is politics 2024 and the fact that his father is the most hated *politician* in the history of this country, I certainly wouldn’t blame the kid.
As to Melania’s “stay tuned crack,” Stephanie Winston Wolkoff says, “Let me translate that for you. Don’t hold your breath.” Melania and Barron might be splitsville soon. Hey, it’s a sound decision, if that’s the one they make.

I’m sorry but I could care less about the son of the American version of Hitler who has destroyed thousands of children at the border, not to mention his support of the gun violence that has slaughtered children in school. Phuck that rich boy covered in innocent blood. 12,000 plus children slaughtered in Gaza…so I’m supposed to care what this entitled phucker chooses for easy street with his whore mother in tow? Nope. I’ll think of the 400,000 boys his age and barely above who died in WW2 to stop people like his daddy.
You’ll get no argument here. If I was writing this as a novel, I would have Barron turn out to be a Democrat. That would be something. Sort of the anti-RFK, Jr.
We can’t choose what family we’re born into. Barron never really had a chance. Whatever he has to do to have a good life, go for it.
We don’t choose our parents. If we did, I would never have chosen mine. That’s the truth. So I know what he must feel to some extent. My father, mother, and brother were all an embarrassment to me, to be honest. So believe me, I get it. I hope he has the moxie to get a good education and make a life for himself. If he follows the course of his half-brothers (and half-sisters for that matter) he’s doomed. Maybe he has enough sense.
1) Melanie needs to get a divorce NOW,,and get some non-NY properties in her name. Even if they are heavily mortgaged, she can sell them.
2) Barron.needs to get a degree, change his name, and leave the U.S. He supposedly speaks several languages.
3) If he doesn’t choose to.leave the U.S., he should avoid anything to do with Dad’s con games i.e.,his companies.
my suspicion is that he will go abroad to college and what Melania’s friend means is that she will follow him to the country in question, not literally to the school. she will make a new life for them away from Donald. Wouldn’t that be nice?
Melania lives her life around her son. She’s a mother hen and he’s going to turn out just as quirky as her.

I agree about leaving the guy alone. He is young enough to possibly be a progressive.
I have family members (ashamed to admit) that are MAGA, or were, we don’t discuss politics.
Their oldest son was a Bernie Sanders supporter, so there’s hope for Barron yet.
And even if not, until he starts campaigning for the dreaded orange sh*tgibbon, he should be left alone.
Maybe Melania is following him to get away from his father and it will be healthier for both her and Barron.
I wonder if she’s been checking out schools in Slovenia (and giving Barron a crash course in Slovenian)
