The old saying has been, The hypocrisy is so thick you can cut it with a knife. You’ve heard that one? Not this year. Not anymore. Not with today’s GOP. The new phrase is going to have to be, so thick you can cut it with a chainsaw.
GOP hypocrisy is nothing new, but the 2022 version is some totally out of control shit. One of the reasons that the GOP itself gives for not dumping that orange fluff loser is that they need him to whip up his devoted 3-% base and drive them to the polls, and they won’t vote for anybody else. Which has led to a GOP 2022 candidate poster of MAGA morons that threatens to turn what should have been a cakewalk sweep of both chambers into 2 more years in the minority.
And like so much of what the GOP and Trump spews out, it’s unadulterated horseshit. These candidates swore fealty to Trump in the primaries, they eye gouged and nut kneed each other for his blessed endorsement. They all probably took Pinkie blood oaths. They’re the Trumpiest of the Trumpy.
If so, why are they all suddenly pulling a series of chickenshit bail outs? Hardly a day goes by without reporting in the cable news of newly minted Trumbie candidates scouring themselves in boiling water to remove any trace of Trump.
- On Tuesday, a 25 year old candidate for congress who ran on being so close to Trump she had his pocket lint on her clothes won her primary. And on Wednesday, she had scrubbed her Twitter feed f not only any mention of her work for GOP House nabob Elise Stefonik, she also scrubbed it of any mention of her work for Trump
- The Trombie GOP Senate candidate for New Hampshire, Don Bolduc, who in a debate touted the letter he signed with 120 other generals and admirals that Traitor Tot got jobbed in 2020, went on FUX News on Thursday to haltingly admit that the election wasn’t stolen, and Joe Biden is the legitimate President. Maybe polling showing him -11 had something to do with it
- In my adopted home state of Nevada, both Democratic Governor Steve Sisolak, as well as US Senator Catherine Cortez-Masto hold narrow leads, despite His Lowness appearing in Vegas a couple of weeks ago to rally for their opponents. Also, neither is running ads in NV, all of the ads are Super PAC attack ads. Nothing tying either one of them to Trump
- Every damn day, in states across the country MAGA GOP candidates are busy scrubbing their websites of any mention on their position on abortion. This despite their video and audio evidence of their praise of the Trumpster Fire for providing them with the SCOTUS that overturned Roe
The reason for this is simple. Polling shows that if you move outside of refried Jesus-wheezers, goose steppers, and bedsheet banditos, Trump and MAGA are about as popular as genital lice. Trump and MAGA cost the GOP 40 House seats in 2018, cost them the White House and Senate in 2020, and it’s starting to appear that it might give Biden just enough of an edge in 2022 to supercharge his agenda for the next 2 years.
But the hypocrisy of the MAGA GOP is stunning. Almost every one of these candidates ran in the primaries as Trumpier than Trump, and now, faced with looming polling deficits, they’re running like a scalded cat from the their mess. But unfortunately for them, it’s garnering national media attention, the last thing they want.
Because Trumpenstein demands total and complete loyalty. And these shitheels scrubbing every reference of his name from their websites is not going to go over well. Which is why I think Trump is going to unveil a new acronym, MINO
MAGA In Name Only
And because Trump doesn’t care about the GOP control of congress, or about anything else but his own personal power, loyalty, and fundraising, I find it highly likely that he’ll salve his personal pique at the betrayals by slamming the candidates on his social media site, as well as speeches and far right media appearances. And in doing so, he’ll likely seal their fates.
In closing, everybody’s worst nightmare was that true Trombies would run in the primaries, and make a solid MAGA base. Instead it turns out that a whole cadre of MAGA imposters ran and won, and then turned their backs on Glorious Bleater. The MAGA GOP is so corrupt that it even cheats itself. Rick Wilson put it perfectly, Everything Trump touches dies. And thank God for that.

Why in the world would “Democratic Governor Steve Sisolak and US Senator Catherine Cortez-Masto” have had Trump “in Vegas a couple of weeks ago” in a rally for them? And why in the world would they have had ANYTHING “tying . . . them to Trump?”
Obviously, I could go do searches on the names to determine whether Sisolak and Cortez-Masto are the Democratic incumbents or the GOP challengers but it’d probably be better if you could edit the article to clear it up (or post a corrective comment of your own).

Let’s hope the dem candidates make good and sure the voters absolutely do not forget the ‘pubes subservience to former guy. You can’t “scrub” websites/social media completely so I hope someone got some screenshots and the like.
Start creating memes with the candidates faces covered with frumpy’s. The Maga crowd loves his ugly mug plastered over every goddamn thing. Plus the shoe fits.

Having worked with both, I know that titles are not subject to copyright. Short phrases can be registered as trademarks, but it’s not a case of ask and have. You need to prove its monetary value to you, and you need to prove that over a number of years before the registration is final, even if you proved it at the time you (attempted to) register.
