Jesse Watters needs to be fired for this. This is worse than Lauren Boebert’s attack on Ilhan Omar. As bad as that was, at least Boebert wasn’t admonishing a crowd of people to harass Omar in public, film it, and send it to right-wing media for broadcast. This is wayyyy over any line of human decency and forget about any ethics of broadcasting or journalism. This train left that station many miles back, if it was ever in it to begin with.

Can you believe this level of rhetoric? “Ambush?” “Kill shot?” We know that Watters was a performative asshole long before the phrase was coined but you would think that even he would have enough sense to avoid this kind of language.
I take it as a call to assassinate as well. With that kind of language “he won’t see it coming” how else can it be taken?
Yes, there are laws for normal people. Watters is in a club of great privilege, whose members think themselves above the law because of their wealth and political connections. It’s never been a secret in this country that there are two separate criminal justice systems, one for the rich, one for the rest of us.
Watters is ginning up the lunatic fringe. This is not only irresponsible, it is dangerous. Watters needs a long vacation at the very least. This is far worse than Emerald Robinson and her whacky Satanic bioluminescence, this could get somebody hurt or killed.
