It is likely a wonder that a movement built upon one ideal, one principle, only one value – agree and love all things Trump, would inevitably find a way to split over such a hardened black and white mandate, but they have. It took a war, it took anti-Semitism, it took a washed-up bigoted former Fox News dream girl, Megyn Kelly, the insufferable and increasingly reprehensible Tucker Carlson, one possible micro-penis, along with two remaining Jewish MAGA voices. This is the GOP, now at war, not with Iran but itself.
One of the few dealbreakers that Trump promised early in his political rise was an end to foreign wars, especially in the Middle East (No White people ever felt threatened anywhere). To be sure, Trump did somewhat adhere to the promise in his first term, perhaps primarily due to that global pandemic thing. But it sure didn’t take long in the second term, though no surprise, either: a president drunk on power, needing an outlet, needing booms, and needing a distraction from possible proof of pedo-predation, all ensured a war for oil in the Middle East; the GOP’s presidential entry-level requirement.
Only this time, the war came at the behest or at least partnership with Israel, which triggered the newly emerging open anti-Semitism on the Right, and all hell broke loose. Unsurprisingly, one side includes the reliable anti-Semites Megyn Kelly and Tucker Carlson. In some contexts, their anti-war stance may seem principled. But in this one, they align against Jewish MAGAs Mark Levin – who may or may not have a micro-penis, which we’ll set aside for now (An accusation from Megyn Kelly, whom we’re near certain is well-endowed and wants a dick swinging contest), and podcaster Ben Shapiro. From a report in The New York Times:
The critics have been equally withering. Tucker Carlson, the well-known podcaster, has been selling ball caps, T-shirts and coffee mugs emblazoned with messages like, “Neocons are Gay For Israel” and “AIPAC An Offer You Can’t Refuse,” crude and unsubtle and attacks on the American Israel Public Affairs Committee, the pro-Israel lobbying group, and other defenders of Israel.
Right.
Well, no one ever accused them of high-minded intellectualism. George Will is not walking through that door anytime soon.
I have long argued that one can absolutely criticize Israel’s actions as a nation wholly aside from the fact that it’s the Jewish homeland and such criticism equates to anti-Semitism – it’s an independent nation, first and foremost. Giving Israel a pass because criticism is tantamount to anti-Semitism is actually condescending and irresponsible. But it’s hard not to notice that the MAGA voices most associated with anti-Semitism are aligned in opposition to the war.
Against all this are, well, MAGA members who happen to be Jewish. From the Times‘ report:
Joining Mr. Trump’s side of the debate are politicians like Senators Ted Cruz and Lindsey Graham, and media figures like Ben Shapiro, a prominent podcaster who has called those who oppose the attacks on Iran “cowards, liars and America haters.” Mr. Shapiro, who, like Mr. Levin, is Jewish, also singled out Ms. Kelly as an “unbelievable coward” for believing, as she said, that “no one should have to die for a foreign country.”
This internecine warfare would be little more than just “odd” in a MAGA way were it not for the danger of rising and open anti-Semitism on the Right, along with a willingness of some to actually oppose Trump in the name of that bigotry. You may ask where Trump came down, and it is on the side of war and himself. He backed up Levin in a smack to Megyn:
“Those that speak ill of Mark will quickly fall by the wayside,” Mr. Trump wrote on his social media platform Truth Social. Despite repeatedly pledging on the campaign trail to avoid foreign conflicts, he defended the current war as consistent with the precepts of his movement “THEY ARE NOT MAGA, I AM,” he stated.
Well. Yes, sort of. Trump is the entire point of MAGA (Because Trump hates who they hate, all cruelty embodied in one man). But even though Trump might fantasize that he himself constitutes MAGA, there is no meaning or movement itself without a substantial portion of his voters. He is welcome to try it alone, give it a shot, “sir.”
The split doesn’t mean we’re here to yet again predict MAGA’s ultimate demise. That’s coming, sooner than later, given splits like this, but it’ll only come from a worsening economy, along with likely revelations from the Epstein War itself. But as said, these splits most certainly do matter. When some of them get used to opposing Trump – if only fractionally, and find that they survive it in good graces of many, the next split comes easier, perhaps over the economy or Epstein, likely a combo.
Yes, the schadenfreude is also delightful in small portions. But to the extent anyone is born with anatomical or psychological outside the norm, making light of it or taunting is quite literally the lowest hanging fruit conceivable (Consider that fellow readers likely also have unique characteristics, whether brought on by old age or whatever). In all actuality, very little else matters when mixing bigoted views, war, and ultimately the fight for this country.
My god, these people…

I’ve been waiting for MAGAt’s lurking anti-Semitism to come for Trump; after all, his beloved daughter married a Jew and converted to Judaism; he’s BFF with Natanyahou and his evil, racist Rasputin, Stephen Miller, is Jewish. That never sat well with the large redneck faction within MAGAt, and now that the despicable likes of Megyn Kelly and Tucker Carlson are parading their white-collar anti-Semitism, the yokels may feel emboldened to express their own stupid prejudices.
aipac id not merely a lobbying group they are a virulently anti muslim hit squad that will viciously attack anyone who doesn’t fully agree that israel can do whatever they please includng driving palestinians off their land or just wiping them out. israels problems are of their own making, as are ours. like us they made very bad leaderdhip choices. like us, they will have to fix that problem themselves anf decide that they are ready to rejoin the human race. in the mean time screw ’em. kelly and carlson’s views are interesting in that they diverge from the normal end times faux christianity that is more softly anti-semitic but strongly pro-israel (hegseth could explain that). i be interested to know their religious views.
