I’m willing to bet that if Nancy Mace ever talks with a mental health professional, the words paranoid schizophrenic are going to come out in the discussion. Why? Because paranoid schizophrenics believe that people are after them. They see suspicious cars and suspicious faces where the yous and mes see normal traffic and crowds. Mace did an interview which was unhinged by Fox News standards:
Nancy Mace’s tirade against the Charleston International Airport over a security dispute just won’t end.
In an unhinged rant on Fox Business that even MAGA anchor Maria Bartiromo lost control over, Mace made the bizarre claim that she hasn’t been in public in three weeks.
Mace has been furious with the airport for weeks now after she had a meltdown there in October, and her rage has only increased after the airport issued a final report on the incident this week.
When asked about the airport’s report on her tantrumon Fox Business Thursday, Mace went on an unrelated rant in which she claimed she’s been in hiding for nearly a month.
“We have to take our security very seriously, if you’re conservative, if you’re well known, if you have fought the transgender community exponentially like I have, in the wake of Charlie Kirk’s public assassination— the death threats, the amount of political violence, the celebration of the killing of conservatives is deeply disturbing,” Mace said.
She then quoted former DOGE boss Elon Musk, who claimed that “he can’t go out in public, because one mistake and you’re dead.”
“I had an incident just three weeks ago, where I was in public, it was the last time I was in public,” she claimed.
“And I had someone that was a leftist person come up to me aggressively, physically threatened me in front of a group of people, including my security,” she said.
She added that she was “not a patsy,” nor is she a “door mat.”
“I’m going to make sure that I’m safe, my children are safe, my employees are safe, that we’re not going to see anymore assassinations in this country,” she added.
In response, Bartiromo tried to clarify her original question about the airport’s report regarding Mace’s unhinged behavior at the TSA checkpoint and the gate.
“It sounds like you’re explaining some kind of behavior. What I’m asking you is what happened,” Bartiromo said. “You’re suing the airport and American Airlines?”
Mace said she had drafted a lawsuit and also claimed she has had over “two dozen” security breaches at the Charleston airport this year.
This isn’t going to end well. The discovery phase of any lawsuit will go to show what a lunatic Mace was and how neither the airport nor airlines did anything out of the ordinary. As to Mace being “in hiding” she’s been on Fox and CNN, plus shown up for work to vote on bills. That’s not exactly “hiding” as most people define that term. She’s right out in the open in places where she is expected to be. Ergo, it stands to reason that if the bogeyman was out to get her, she’s easily findable.
A Republican legislator recently said that he hoped that Mace would “get the care she needs.” At the very least Mace has some psychological issue which demands that she be the center of attention, at the most she’s paranoid schizophrenic, if she’s imagining plots against herself and seeing enemies in the shadows. Other members of Congress are not thinking the way Mace does or acting as bizarrely. She’s definitely got something going on.
Has Mace maced herself, in more ways than one, perhaps?
I would say this is stunningly wrong except … it’s Nancy Mace and she is just bizarre. Paranoid Schizophrenic is probly the least of her problems. Yikes!!!!
