Above you see Gavin Newsom’s world class trolling which combines the two. Too bad Night Gallery isn’t still on the air. I would love to see what Serling did with a United States president who couldn’t stay awake. Maybe we could even get a sequel to Dreamscape out of this Trump meme, if we get lucky.

The art of the political troll has definitely been perfected in the social media age. It’s interesting (and sometimes exhausting) to watch how much of modern politics revolves around these calculated online provocations rather than policy debate.
