“Men’s Brains Are Like Waffles, Women’s Are Like Spaghetti”

Full disclosure: I hate all this Mars Venus crap. I did when that stupid book Men Are From Mars, Women Are From Venus came out back in the day and I haven’t changed my mind since. The idea that men and women fundamentally think differently is cultural bias and I well remember how it all started. I grew up loving comic books and adventure. Then I started reading science fiction and my mind set was always on things of the imagination. Then I learned in school that my female brain was focused on having children to the exclusion of all else and I said, “Whut?” And that’s when it all began, the difference between who the culture told me I was supposed to be and who I knew myself to be.

This is another clip of Mike Johnson and his wife from Katie Miller’s podcast and I bother to share it with you because this is what half of America believes is real on some level and I see and hear these two as a throw back to Jim and Tammy Faye Bakker.

I won’t ask you to rot your brain out listening to too much more of this but this is enough for you to know what a con job this all is. These are church people, supposedly, but even that facade doesn’t hold up too well in the light of day. And wifey plays the submissive role, because of course she does.

This is no different from Erika and Charlie Kirk. Erika Kirk has her own business but she puts forth the same submissive baby doll vibe, the Tammy Faye Bakker bit, because that supposedly sells.

Half of America believes this. This is one reason why we’re in the mess that we’re in. We are asked to believe the ridiculous. This is the essence of the culture war, that the right is selling this faux value system, defining the genders in its cockeyed way — and even they don’t believe it or practice it. It’s all word salad and a game.
