All Furkids are deeply spiritual. They tell me that the essence of life – some call it the spark of life – is embedded within the spirit soul of every living being, be it zoological or botanical. This essence comes directly from and remains an intrinsic part of the Universal Source, also known as the One Force, aka God, and many other names.
They felt that this preamble was essential for us to understand that some music sings to the soul, and this week’s song is one of them. Like many of the songs they choose, it is an invitation for us to think about what it means for us. It will mean different things to different beings, and hoomins are “weirdly complicated beings” (their words) who apparently, in their opinion, would benefit from more of this kind of thinking.
On the other hand, you could simply relax and enjoy the simple pleasures of a sweet song (but don’t tell them I said that. They take their D&Ms – Deep and Meaningfuls – very seriously.)
