Donald Trump is feeling it a bit because the only thing worse than setting the U.S. up for possible retaliation bombing (As has happened in Qatar) or terrorist strikes, is to bomb a country, setting up all retaliation, while also not achieving the entire purpose of the bombing. This is especially bad when the bombs fell largely at the behest of fellow alleged felon Bibi Netanyahu and not in our own country’s best interest. So it is that Trump is under the gun over the possibility, as reported by CNN and other outlets, that the Iranians hid some of their fissile material and that the bombing didn’t render some sites inoperable. This had the ole’ boy lashing out again today, using more infamous nicknames, this time with a gay slur directed at Anderson Cooper over whether the sites are “totally obliterated” or not.
“The sites that we hit in Iran were totally destroyed, and everyone knows it,” wrote Trump. “Only the Fake News would say anything different in order to try and demean, as much as possible — And even they say they were ‘pretty well destroyed!’ Working especially hard on this falsehood is Allison Cooper of Fake News CNN, Dumb Brian L. Roberts, Chairman of ‘Con’cast, Jonny Karl of ABC Fake News, and always, the Losers of, again, Concast’s NBC Fake News. It never ends with the sleazebags in the Media, and that’s why their Ratings are at an ALL TIME LOW — ZERO CREDIBILITY!”
It is entirely possible that the sites were totally destroyed – we aren’t bomb damage experts, counter reporting to the contrary. It is also possible that the facilities themselves were not destroyed. What is impossible is that Donald Trump would find anything in which he is involved to be anything but the most successful of anything ever. Speaking of ZERO CREDIBILITY. It is the media’s job to report what experts are saying.
But it was the “Allison Cooper” slur that really had the net in a fury. We are supposed to be above all this now. Trump has LGBTQ people working for him – not many, but some – and he is supposed to confine his vile hatred to race, ethnicity, women, etc., where we expect nothing less than the intolerable. Alas, he never fails to find a surprising bottom. People’s responses were immediate and blistering:

And they go on and on, because it is a huge embarrassment and just so damned hateful. It is no more hateful than the xenophobia, the racism, the misogyny, all of it – but he just doesn’t care. Next thing you know he’ll replace all “C’s” with “K’s” as in “Kan’t Kome Klean” or something. I care, we care, this is intolerable.
It is far more intolerable than even bomb strikes on nuclear facilities that shouldn’t exist. There are other hard ways to deal with the problem. There is no way to deal with this kind of homophobia, racism, xenophobia, or misogyny except calling them out here, there just isn’t. Oh, one can also fight back and give him a Democratic Congress with which to deal. Something. Anything to bug him at this point.

I mean, let’s face it. If Biden had made a slip like this, it would be headline news (for weeks, even after Biden corrected himself and apologized). Drumpf, on the other hand, won’t apologize but he will probably pull the “I was just joking” crap that all the right-wingers use as an “apology” followed with a snide comment about “snowflakes.” (Even as it’s been suggested by Mary Trump that #DrowsyDonnie only attacked Iran because “TACO” got under his skin. Talk about “snowflakes.”)
