Yep, even in his weird and messy attempts to clean up his “Childless Cat Lady” mess Republican VP Nominee J.D Vance has raised a question journalist should damn well be hammering him with. The question? Something like George Washington, the Father of Our Country and its most revered President never fathered a child. How do you square that with your statements that people who don’t have children don’t have any stake in the future of our country?  I’m kind of angry that question isn’t out there so I’m writing about it here on Politizoom, hoping our readers spread it far and wide. But the plain fact is, the generally accepted greatest President, The “Father of our country” and arguable its #1 hero and most revered of all Americans didn’t father a single child. Not one.

Think about THAT Vance, and all you other if you’ve never had kids you’re a lesser person and have no business making important decisions about America buttholes!

Facts, as Washington’s own fellow founding father, VP and our second President ‘are stubborn things.’ And the fact is Washington died childless. At least in the sense of having his own children. In painting you see of him and Martha with family, the younguns are children from Martha’s first marriage. As to why Washington never “sired” a child it’s unclear. Some say it was due to “injuries” suffered by Martha giving birth to her last child Patsy. Others say Washington was rendered sterile during his bout with smallpox.  Now there’s another question for Vance. Let’s ask him if he thinks that because Washington’s “swimmers” were no good if HE (Vance) is more of a man than Washington was?

Well, I’d like Vance or any of the other ‘I’m a parent so I’m better than you, and you (I never had kids) don’t deserve equal standing with us parents’ types to say whether Washington believed he had a stake in public affairs or the future of this country!  Go ahead a-holes. Just try and convince me YOU are better people who care more about this country than Washington did. Who give, or maybe one day plan to get around to doing!  I’ll wait. However I already know I’ll be waiting till my last day (hopefully many years from now) for you to come up with an answer.

In the meantime we have Vance trying to say he wasn’t being mean to childless cat ladies, or as I wrote about earlier lots of other people like me) but he still believes childless people, regardless of the reason (he pays some lip service about the struggles of infertility) can’t possibly love or care as much about this country and its future as parents. Any way you cut it Vance and his type believe THEY, parents are better and more worthy people than childless cat ladies, or childless doggy lovers like me. That those of us who never had (or never can) have biological children can’t possibly contribute to this country as much as they can. And for damned sure shouldn’t be in elected office or even influencing public policy.

In fact, outlets are writing about his doubling down on his philosophy.  According to Newsweek Vance makes it clear how he thinks:

“I know the media wants to attack me and wants me to back down on this, Megyn, but the simple point that I made is that having children, becoming a father, becoming a mother, I really do think it changes your perspective in a pretty profound way,” he said.

And there’s this tweet put out by the Harris campaign:

Somebody should remind Vance that the first thing you should do when you’ve dug yourself into a hole is to stop digging!  It doesn’t look like Vance will stop. Who the hell knows what he’ll come up with next on this.  Maybe a Constitutional Amendment (or just a King like decree from a President Trump) that childless people are ineligible to vote? That’s yes another question that should bluntly be put to Vance.

I could go into a full on jarhead grunt (hey J.D., I served in the Marines too and unlike YOU I volunteered for INFANTRY) profanity laden rant but I want to keep this short and sweet, at least compared to what readers are used to from me. So I’ll finish how I started. Despite all his years of service and sacrifice to and for our country, according to J.D. Vance our first President, the man all of were taught from as soon as we can remember was The Father of our country was a lesser man than J.D. Vance. Because Washington didn’t father any children of his own.

Really journalists. Why the hell aren’t you all over this?

  1. :…Others say Washington was rendered sterile during his bout with smallpox. ”

Hmm, they have these things called vaccines now to protect against smallpox.

But if you’re a knuckle dragging ANTI-VAXXER does this mean you won’t have any kids?

    If so, then: GOOD!!!

Nah, not nice, I wouldn’t wish disease on anybody, even those people, although they would on me. Seriously un-nice folk they are.

    • Lest we forget, GENERAL Washington ordered vaccinations for his troops. Back then smallpox vaccination involved making a cut in someone’s arm, the taking a fresh pustule cut from a still living smallpox victim about to die and then dabbing bits of it into the wound in the arm. It worked pretty well but getting sick with smallpox was part of the bargain. Sometimes it was a mild case but a fair percentage (including one of John Adam’s daughters) became quite ill and would wind up with smallpox scars. And some even died. More than a few. Overall however it saved a lot of people, and since he had the authority Washington ordered his troops to all be vaccinated unless like him they’d contracted smallpox earlier in life in which case they were likely immune.

Anti vax GOP politicians could only sputter when this was (not often enough) pointed out to them by journalists!

  2. But concerned people are not asking if Washington had a weird relationship with anything.

Though couching the terms might be difficult.

    • “Though couching the terms”

NAUGHTY!!! Unless it was unintentional, did you not just switch topic focus to that datardly debunked allegation?

  3. stop digging when you’ve dug yourself into a hole? Nah. Keep digging until you see a light at the other end and shake hands with whoever is on the other side. lmao

‘pubes don’t stop digging themselves out of their holes. maybe they like it down there in the mud. Sure does explain quite a bit about them.

Seems to me the people who shouldn’t have any say about the direction our country is heading are those who would stop others from having that say. When you want to take away another’s right to participate in the governmental process and have a say in how our country is run, yeah, that ought to be a deal-breaker and perhaps YOU need to have that right taken away. It isn’t as if hillbilly boy is doing anything useful with HIS say so wtf?

  4. So, maybe J D should be asked, “Would you care to speculate how Lauren Boebert and her husband’s lives were ‘changed’ following the births of their children, given the fact their oldest child is in a very serious legal situation?”

Or, “How about Trump’s attempted assassin’s parents? We still don’t have any conclusive evidence about the shooter’s actual motives but what kind of perspective do you believe his parents gained following his birth?”

And, of course, “Do you believe that a woman who’s given birth to a child but has been forced to give it up for adoption due to whatever circumstances will have a DIFFERENT perspective than a woman who had a miscarriage or a woman who was forced to deliver a dead child because of draconian anti-abortion laws?”

Then, there’s the matter of fatherhood. One of Elon Musk’s children was recently interviewed (I noted it in another article, earlier) and she was pretty damning in her opinion about her “father.” Musk has contributed sperm to create a dozen or so children but you don’t really hear much about them, especially from Musk (unless he’s using them as props). And, then there’s Donald Trump. We’ve all heard stories about how abysmal his own father behaved (and the apple hasn’t fallen that far from the tree–“I don’t want a son named for me because he might be a failure” or words to those effect). Speaking of using kids as props. He only showed up at Barron’s graduation because he made so much of a fuss during his trial about how “important” it was was and how “unfair” the judge was to schedule court for that day (and, one can only imagine how shocked Trump was to learn he would now be forced to attend the graduation) and, of course, when Barron showed up at Trump’s Florida rally, his “introduction” was more like “And here’s that golfing trophy I won” rather than anything remotely “fatherly” in nature.

  5. Denis…Washington’s vaccination experiment saved his troops at Valley Forge and ultimately the American Revolution. There’s many ways to become a father. I spent almost 4 years to get my first daughter through a donor program. I spent over 2 years getting my second daughter through adoption. My third isn’t my legal child. I’ve taken care of her since infancy as her mom was a single black lady. When her biological father was killed when she was three, I’ve become her ‘daddy’ in the last five years. I have a blond blue eyed grown daughter, a mixed daughter who looks like Beyoncé, and my black daughter. Anyone who wants to argue with them that I’m not their daddy…good phucking luck. It’s love, time and commitment that makes a parent JD. Something is missing in you. Evidently somebody failed to help you grow into being an authentic human being. Now that you’re grown, you are now responsible for all your nazi horseshit. Can’t blame mommy or daddy on this one pal.

  6. I’m a childless cat woman (I’ve never claimed to be a lady) and don’t get me started on what a ruptured ectopic pregnancy can do to both your ability and desire to try again! But, my anger at an empty suit like “Vance,” who doesn’t even stick with one name, is his implication that someone without children doesn’t care about or invest in the children of this nation! Unlike “Vance,” I support politicians who vote for childrens’ health programs, childrens’ food programs, and robust public schools for children! My investment in the future of this country WILL NOT be questioned by a nasty, duplicitous MAGA-chaser like “Vance!” 🤬

  7. Oh, there are some, They just aren’t working for any major outlets. Small local papers and small jobs as “fact checkers.” or for POGO, or Pro Publica, or SPLC.

It’s not a new thing for so-called journalists o be more concerned with muck than with truth. Last time here, we got through it with the help if the “muckrakers.” I hope we can do that again (and I hope I live to see it.”

  8. There’s a saying – “Washington was first in war, first in peace, and first in the hearts of his countrymen – but he married a widow.” The point being that no one can be the best at everything.

  9. Dear J.D.,
Childless couples already pay more in taxes than parents because they can’t deduct the kids nor get a childcare benefit. We also pay for things we don’t use, like property taxes, and federal funds for education. No kids, no use of public schools or community colleges. In other words childless people support other people’s kids.
