It was predicted yesterday when Sidney Powell pled guilty in Georgia that many others would follow suit and here is the Architect Of Fake Electors himself, Kenneth Chesebro, entering a guilty plea to a single felony charge, Count 15 of the indictment: conspiracy to file false documents. More elaboration later on the rest of the charges and their disposal but for now this is the state of play.
Happening now: Kenneth Chesebro is pleading guilty to criminal charges in Fulton County, Georgia.

Chesebro must also testify truthfully at future proceedings against remaining co-defendants in the case. And he has already recorded a "proffer" statement for prosecutors.

That’s domino number three, following Scott Hall and Sidney Powell. The good thing about Powell’s agreement to cooperate is that she can lend a lot of light to what other defendants, chiefly Rudy Giuliani and Donald Trump said and did. Chesebro is headed down the same path as Powell. Daily Beast:
“I suspect that proffer pretty much directly led to this plea deal,” Copeland said. “The fact that she [Sidney Powell] was in a meeting at the White House, she can testify to what Trump said at that meeting. And we don’t have a whole lot of people who’ve been willing to do that. That’s going to be pretty powerful for the DA.”
Powell played a key role in Trump’s multi-pronged attack to reverse the nation’s legitimate election. While others on Trump’s team coordinated meetings of fake electors in different states and nudged members of Congress to halt certification of the electoral college vote, Powell tried to weaponize the judiciary by getting state and federal judges to overturn results. After vowing to “release the Kraken” during a Fox Business Network interview shortly after the November 2020 election, Powell filed lawsuits across the country—all of which failed miserably.
“She can talk about some of the people who are very high up in this indictment,” Copeland noted.
So can Chesebro. That’s the good news here. Donald Trump’s little house of cards is starting to fall down. And Giuliani is up the creek. That was established yesterday and ratified today.
“Giuliani is absolutely dead. Not that he doesn’t have enough troubles already, but this is the worst blow yet to him… she’s got to be trouble for Trump and double trouble for Giuliani,” O’Brien said. “The floodgates are going to start opening in the Georgia case and it really vindicates Willis’ approach to the case. Even if it’s a headache administratively, they’re going to have plenty of cooperating witnesses against the people left standing.”
Fani Willis carefully crafted this case. Now it’s starting to move. And each defendant that provides anti-Trump testimony is sealing his fate a bit more and more.
Trump’s out on the golf course today but when he hears this, it will stop being fun. This is yet another headache for Trump and he had plenty before the Chesebro plea was entered.
Fani Willis certainly earned her pay this week. This was a good week in any litigator’s book.

Can I have an AMEN?!!
Amen. amen. amen. And let’s have an amen every time one of these defendants flips and Trump’s doom gets ever closer.
The handwriting is on the wall, now. Nobody is going to go to prison for Donald Trump. Well, maybe Walt Nauta. We don’t know if he’s that deranged but if he reads a newspaper or has any contact with the real world beyond Trump, he’ll see that everybody else is saving their own skin.
Stand by for a magnitude 9+ ketchup event this weekend at MAL, assuming the perpetrator isn’t in custody or hasn’t fled the country. All the chickens are coming home to roost all at once.
I wonder exactly what the plea deal included? I read a couple of days ago that Chesebro rejected a plea agreement because he felt it was inadequate and that he’d never accept a plea deal. So, maybe Sidney’s plea made Chesebro reconsider and take whatever deal he could get now? I know if I were the prosecutor I would’ve given him the crappiest (and most punitive) deal I could possibly devise just to punish him for (apparently) waiting for a better deal.
Here’s to hoping the prosecutors have their ducks in a row and get these criminal f*cks to tell them the other participants in this horrendous crime-we can’t let thomas’ wifey get off the hook. About time those two (I think we all know clarence was involved up to his neck in this crap) got put in their proper place-prison.
Funny how these lawyers, who so cavilerily lock up people, quake at the thought of their own arse in jail. It’s easy to be on the side with power…not so easy to be the recipient of ‘justice’.
Did you just hear a loud crack. The crack in that dam wall just extended and deepened. Trump’s getting closer to experiencing his tailored, context specific and inescapable ‘shitastrophy’. Amen to that!
The Kraken has been released on DON THE CON T. RUMP.
