This is not a way to start out a $1.6 billion suit. Or any suit for that matter. Fox News already has mud on its face and they haven’t gotten to day one of trial. CNN:
Wilmington, DelawareCNN —The judge overseeing Dominion Voting Systems’ massive defamation case against Fox News said Wednesday that he plans to appoint an outside attorney to investigate whether the right-wing network lied to the court and withheld key evidence, and sanctioned Fox over the matter.
“I am very concerned… that there have been misrepresentations to the court. This is very serious,” Delaware Superior Court Judge Eric Davis said Wednesday at a pretrial hearing in Wilmington, where he repeatedly expressed exasperation and frustration with Fox’s attorneys.
The sanction Davis imposed against Fox will allow Dominion to conduct additional depositions of some Fox witnesses, if they want to, at this late stage in the case. Fox must make those witnesses available and pay for the depositions.
Jury selection is tomorrow, opening statements are on Monday. And of course Fox News is saying it did not deliberately withhold evidence. Perhaps that is the case. In all events, it’s not a good look going forward.

Well for all you folks. Dommion is a separate case. And trump has a civil case involving a rape allegation but is past statuary on it. But big mouth Donnie tan his mouth about it and that she can take him to court on. She even has a sample of Donnie’s juice if he wants to get tested which I doubt. But that’s why Bragg took a vacation. He wants the transcript of the trial to hang Donnie out to dry. It may look like nothing is going on but it is. Jack Smith has dug out some very bad things on Donald Trump and where 250 some odd million went. It didn’t go where it was supposed to. And that is very bad for Donald. It will show for one thing that Donald immediately transferred the money to other accounts and had no intention of the money in the campaign as promised. Very bad boy.
