Mark and Patricia McCloskey, who shot to the top of the MAGA Grift Chain in June of 2020 for brandishing and pointing their weapons at peaceful BLM protesters who had the nerve to walk on the street outside their McMansion, will not be getting the law licenses back today as the Supreme Court has declined to hear their appeal of their suspension.

“The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday declined to hear an appeal from Mark and Patricia McCloskey, the husband-and-wife attorneys whose law licenses were placed on probation for pointing guns at racial injustice protesters outside their St. Louis mansion in 2020.
Mark McCloskey, who is seeking the Republican nomination for one of Missouri’s U.S. Senate seats in the August primary, said he wasn’t surprised by the high court’s decision since it takes up relatively few cases.
“I was a little disappointed because I thought that the concept of a lawyer being sanctioned for doing no more than just defending himself and exercising his Second Amendment rights would be an issue that the Supreme Court might find significant,” McCloskey said.”
First of all, Mark, your “Second Amendment Rights” do not include pointing presumedly loaded guns at peaceful protesters who are not even on your property.
Secondly, The Supreme Court of Missouri, only put y’all’s licenses on probation for one year and until you have completed 100 hours of pro-bono work, which you probably could have had done by now if you had not proposed doing free legal stuff for a nut-bag right wing bunch of felons:
“Last month, the state’s high court denied the McCloskeys’ request to provide free legal service to the conservative activist group Project Veritas to meet the pro bono requirement. The organization is known for hidden camera stings that have embarrassed news outlets, labor organizations and Democratic politicians.”
But, hell, you probably figured that Trump’s Court would take you in their arms and give you succor and comfort…but apparently they are too busy plotting to take away our basic rights as citizens to bother with your petty bulls**t.
You probably will not be a Senator either, as this is definitely not a year for Senate Candidates who have been photographed pointing ARs at folks.
