As if it weren’t terrible enough that Lara Trump has forced upon us her plainly awful version of Tom Petty’s I Won’t Back Down featuring her annoyingly nasal voice and not particularly inspiring guitar playing, no. Now she’s got another new song to torment the rest of us normal folks with, the Meidas Touch Network tells us. But I’m sure the Petty family is breathing a sigh of relief now that she’s moved on.
Those of us forced to listen to this saccharinely cheerful mess won’t be, however.
This time around Lara Trump exchanges a guitar for a piano, and according to Breitbart News, she’s even included a line for her CPAC speech from earlier this year. And she told the outlet that she plans to keep up with the music during her time as RNC grifter, er, co-chair.
Oh goody! Aren’t we lucky.
Lara Trump plays the piano on the track, and, according to Breitbart News, the song contains a line from Lara Trump’s CPAC speech earlier this year. Lara Trump told Breitbart News that she plans to continue pursuing music even while serving as the new RNC co-chair:
“While my immediate focus over the next 8 months will be my new role at the rnc, i look forward to a time when i can jump back into this space… unfortunately all my fans in the liberal media will have to wait a little longer.”
Maybe she can make another video of herself with that stupid pink Barbie MAGA hat? You know, anything to line dear old Dad-in-Law’s pocket? Or perhaps hawk more adorable puppies at Mar-a-Lago to further pander to Donald Trump?
Like a yeast infection only less pleasant, Lara wants to expand her music career. Well, on the off-hand that it may take her away from her duties at the RNC, I suppose this good thing. Maybe she’ll find out that no one really wants to hear from her, maybe she’ll realize that she stinks, musically, and fades into obscurity.
Oh, probably not. She’s taken over the job as yapping lap dog from Ivanka Trump, so we’re probably stuck with her. Lara Trump will undoubtedly keep talking to crappy right-wing news outlets and annoying us with music that no one but the most ardent Trump faithful will want to listen to.
I didn’t listen to her last attempt as a musician and I won’t listen to this one. My ears are too valuable to sully with crap.
