MUST HEAR! Roger Stone Gets Sued In The Middle Of An Interview

I swear to God, only in Trumptopia. My all time favorite author, Donald E Westlake once wrote a Dortmunder book about an uber rich mogul who tried to avoid being sued by his multiple ex wives by hiding out for more than 2 years in a Caribbean resort to avoid getting served the court papers. Maybe Roger Stone should have read Westlake.

Roger Stone is a lifelong political dirty trickster for the GOP, but in reality not a very good one. He has repeatedly been called out for claiming responsibility for other operatives successful work, and worse yet, has a habit of bragging, which leads him to getting nailed when his stupid plans go wrong.

But today was a new low, even for Stone. He was in the middle of a phone interview with St. Louis radio station 93.3, real talk when there was a knock on his door. Stone apparently looked outside, and announced to the hosts that he was about to get served with court papers. Not only did Stone seem almost proud, he didn’t even put the phone down, he carried it over to the door so that the hosts and their audience could hear the exchange.

The papers are a civil lawsuit filed in Washington DC dealing with the January 6th insurrection. Stone even joked on air about the thickness of the packet, saying they were out of toilet paper that day. Look, even a 6 year old knows that you can’t be sued if they can’t serve court papers. Not only did Stone not bother to answer, but he seemed to relish the thought of getting back into the spotlight again. What a fucking moron. This is a civil suit, so former presidential pardon can’t save him. You can hear the exchange here
