Kyle Rittenhouse is going down a dark and stupid path, but that makes complete sense. He was the poster child for the right-wing and a lot of money was raised to pay for legal fees, in the neighborhood of half a million dollars. You may recall Lin Wood has his hands on that stash and Rittenhouse fired him.
Rittenhouse continues down his grifting path, evidently deciding that that’s a better idea than going to nursing school. He plans to “write letters” to high profile individuals and media outlets that he claims defamed him. LeBron James and Whoppi Goldberg are two names he has dropped, until today: Joe Biden is on Rittenhouse’s short list.

What is truly sad about this situation is that Rittenhouse is so young. He really can’t be expected to make good decisions and if you have ever seen his mother on film, let’s just say she’s not inspirational and leave it at that.
I’ve seen many young kids from disadvantaged backgrounds and they legitimately don’t know how the world works because the adults in their world don’t know either. The adults can’t teach them something that they don’t know. Transmission of knowledge from generation to generation is only possible from somebody who has knowledge.
Rittenhouse had a good idea when he thought of nursing school. That’s an honorable profession and well paid. To stray from that path and go down this one is only to skew his life further down a strange path and eventually he’s going to have to get real and probably get a job.
Let’s hope if he he gets his hands on some money he at least invests it and uses it later for education. I’m not holding my breath.
Oh, no, let’s hope he gets his hands on a PILE of cash, and SOON so his victims and their families can finally sue him civilly and get their payoff. The jerk owes them compensation for his “self defense”. He suffered no injuries. He killed and maimed others because he COULD.
Now that’s an unexpected advantage to him getting rich. I wish I had thought of that myself.

The problem with our culture is we imbue words with all kind of authority & gravitas that is just cultural propaganda. Why is that word off limits? Never heard an argument that holds water. Same with ‘goddamn’ & a number of other words. Do u honestly think no one matches the intent of that word? My experience tells me that word is weak compared to the realities it represents. The word ‘ocean’ or any other term doesn’t begin to encapsulate the actual bodies of water over 3/4 of the earth. Why are words like ‘dick’ & ‘dickhead’ OK? Or ‘bastard’? Why are men constantly diminished by all the cultural myths & jokes about flaccid penis size? My mother uncharacteristically felt sorry for this little pissant. I do not…mostly because I could smell the bully on him. As was said in American Gangster, “…quitting while you are ahead is not the same thing as quitting.” Conversely, quitting while you are behind is what smarter people than him would have already done.
I think he really should forget about nursing school and maybe consider going to nursery school where he just might hear something about morality.

Can’t remember if his trial was federal or state, but I think that based on the judicial misconduct, he should be charged by whatever entity still would prevent double jeoparrdy on the other level and retry the little prick.
