How many times have you heard it come blaring out of the television speakers like a kid in the back seat of a car, Are we there yet? Are we there yet? Are we there yet? How many times have you heard Former President Trump filed a multimillion dollar lawsuit in court today hazardous conduct, and destruction of private property against a Manhattan woman whose French Poodle dropped a bomb on the sidewalk in front of Trump Tower.?

Too often to even recall, right? Trump likes to call himself the King of Debt. But the fact is, he’s best known as the Czar of B*llshit Lawsuits. Trump files lawsuits the way kids scrape their knees and elbows. Or would if they were octopi.

Lawsuits for Trump are both aggressive measures as well as defensive measures. trump has a nasty habit of signing contracts with small to mid size merchants, vendors, and craftsmen, and screwing them on the payout. When they threated to take Trump to court to get their money, Trump threatens to countersue for shoddy workmanship of sub standard products, and tie them up in court until the lawyers bleed them dry. It usually works.

When someone with the deep pockets actually does sue Trump, his instinctive knee jerk reaction is to file a countersuit, like a squid trying to muddy the water to get away. Perfect example. When the New York Attorney General’s office sued Traitor Tot in court over his sham Trump University, Trump immediately countersued, claiming NY defamation of his outstanding university. Swing and a miss!

And now Trump is right back for another ride on his one-trick-pony. As I wrote a few days ago, His Lowness went into federal court to slap former fixer Michael Cohen with a $500 million lawsuit for among other things, violations of attorney-client privilege. Con Quixote tilts his mop at another windmill. I went into great detail why this was a pathetic d*ck move, which I won’t repeat here.

When I say that Trump filed a $500 million lawsuit, I was speaking figuratively of course. That imbecile is lucky if he remembers to take the paper wrapper off before snarfing on that bacon double cheeseburger. What I meant of course is that one of his K-Mart lawyers filed it on his behalf. And in doing so, was immediately guilty of legal Malpractice.

Here’s why. Normally when Trump pulls this lame sh*t, he’s doing in civil suit situations. And in fact the suit he just filed is a civil suit in federal court. But the man that the mental midget is suing is already in a position that transcends simple civil nuisance suits.

This is Michael Cohen, remember? This is a guy who has talked to former Manhattan DA Cyrus Vance and new Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg some 20 times. He has also testified to the Manhattan grand jury twice, and is a linchpin witness in Bragg’s upcoming criminal trial against Trump.

But wait! There’s more! Cohen has already had multiple lengthy interviews with Letitia James’ investigative team, both in and out of federal prison. He has complied with all documents requests, and may well be a witness in her upcoming civil fraud trial against Trump and his spawn.

And here’s the cherry. Cohen voluntarily cooperated with the Southern District of New York’s investigation of Trump as part of his plea agreement. And that’s an investigation the SDNY could resurrect if it wishes, since Trump was unavailable for prosecution for four years while he was President.

Look, Trump isn’t getting $500 million from Cohen in court. He isn’t going to get $500. Hell, he isn’t even going to get bus fare, whatever that is in New York. But Cohen isn’t just some schmuck small vintner, or cabinetmaker, or landscaper. He’s a man who is suddenly possibly a major player into at least prosecutions of Trump that could demolish his company, and land him in Rikers Island in Allan Weisselberg’s old suite.

And to any veteran prosecutor that screams two words. Witness. Intimidation. Trump isn’t after money. He’s threatening Cohen in the old Don Cornholeone language Cohen understands only too well that, unless Cohen shuts up, he’ll bleed him dry personally with protracted legal fees to fight a bullsh*t civil lawsuit. That’s the message. In a bottle.

It might not be so bad if Trump didn’t keep insisting on being Trump. He has already gone on the offensive on his 3rd rate rag, Bullsh*t Social to unleash his hellhounds with death threats against Bragg, James, the Judge, and his family. The judge has already issued a lengthy and stern warning to Trump and his lawyers to turn the temperature down or risk a gag order. And now Manhattan DA Bragg has a lawsuit to shut House MAGAt Jim Jordan to cease and desist his intimidation tactics against the prosecution.

And to close, as I wrote earlier, it isn’t like Cohen is saying anything new! Cohen has been saying the same damn thing since that House committee hearing in 2019, and repeated it since, even through two bestselling books. The difference then was that trump didn’t care. After all, FrankenTrump had presidential immunity, and he planned on winning another four years.

But now Trump is out, and I mean way out. And Cohen is an existential threat to him in a way he never was before. And so Trump immediately returns to form. The Clodfather is issuing his threats. But his Drink Me is all used up, and his magic chain mail is all rusty. Just stick a pin in this, it could get interesting.

  1. It’s a PR release masked as a lawsuit. He got to claim all sorts of nefarious things about Cohen without evidence. If this isn’t pulled soon, his lawyers may find themselves sanctioned. All the media attention has been wrung from the filing so it’s done its job.

    • Once it’s out there, it’s OUT there…If I fire a gun at your head, I don’t get to “drop it,” walk up and apologize…The prosecutors can still rule that the INTENT was witness intimidation…

  2. @ssholes like fat @ss are everywhere. In Michigan, we have the ford’s who have been working to destroy the climate for over 100 years. It’s 150 members are all useless @ssholes….
They bought every attorney in South Eastern Michigan so try suing those scumbags for intellectual property theft in Michigan.

  3. Can Cohen ignore everything from this lawsuit until the first court date and then on that first court date file dismissal saying it’s witness intimidation/frivolous and ask that tantrumthinskin be sanctioned and pay Cohens attorneys fees?

Can Bragg use this lawsuit, since tantrumthinskin is saying Cohen violated attorney/client privilege, as a concession that everything Cohen testifies to in the criminal case is truthful.
