This is too funny. Donald Trump sued Big Tech, primarily Twitter, for breaking his heart and banning him permanently. Facebook has him on suspension still. They decided to just kick the can down the road. Trump brought suit in Florida and because Florida is such a friendly venue for him, a clause in the Google terms and conditions mandates that the case be transferred to Google’s home, which is the Bay Area. The coffee pots and TV sets are shivering in Mar-a-Lago tonight. And it’s high time to get Max Miller at the keyboard playing Memory. Trumpty is going to go off bigly when he hears this.

Trump may not have heard it yet, but Twitter says fuggedaboutit. Once you’re off, you’re off. ABC7news.com:

Former President Donald Trump will not be permitted back on Twitter even if he runs again for office and wins, according to the company’s chief financial officer.

Asked during an interview on CNBC Wednesday whether Trump’s tweeting privileges could be restored if he wins the presidency again, CFO Ned Segal clarified that Trump’s ban is permanent.

“The way our policies work, when you’re removed from the platform, you’re removed from the platform,” he said, “whether you’re a commentator, you’re a CFO, or you are a former or current public official. Remember, our policies are designed to make sure that people are not inciting violence, and if anybody does that, we have to remove them from the service and our policies don’t allow people to come back.”

Apparently the Judge agrees with Mr. Tribe.

  1. With Twitter, it’s his personal account, which he had before he was president, so all his whining about how he’s the [former] president (and in the Youtube suit, he admits that he’s the former guy) isn’t going to help. Also TOS, dipshit.

  2. The tee-hees and extra-ordinary puns and put-downs are about to get refined to include Trump’s last couple of weeks of BS and fast descending respect and even more drop-outs from his base, something about trying to fly to CA for Trump’s spectacle of a public trouncing by a mere couple hundred Google high-end corporate lawyers, without being vaccinated … {Gulp}

    He’s reached one of his first major public fails … seems to me CA has a lot of blue areas there … Where the hell can he find local law offices to bolster his case …?

    If he tries to ship a Miami lawyer out there, wouldn’t the local Bar have something to say about jurisdiction and passing a test or earning a certification to practice in local court?

    Also, the overhead to do that could add millions to the cost of his lawsuit, and if Google decides to counter his bioactivated gas-bagging stupidity, he may get in hotter water for crossing into a need for a brilliant defense team to settle out the millions due for slamming the tech giant with outrageous court actions, including false claims and just being Trump, the ugly, plain old citizen, without a clue of reality …

    • Often lawyers practice in multiple states. If you are an attorney in a law practice which takes cases from all over the U.S., this is almost a requirement otherwise you’d be hiring a local lawyer every time there was an issue in that area/state. Attorneys do take the bar exam in all the states they need to.

  3. He doesn’t have to go back to Twitter, he’s still on there spouting his crap every day through some woman who tweets for him now – Liz Harrington, who is violating Twitter’s rules but apparently they don’t give a f*** because she’s been doing it for months now.

  4. I read that legal document. I used to be a legal secretary. Boy, am I glad that I didn’t have to type it. Especially with all of those legal sites which are a real pain to type.
