April is a magical month. The snow melts in winter states and the crocuses come into bloom. And it’s a month where Trump lawyers get raided by the FBI — at least, it happened in April, 2018 with Michael Cohen and then again this week with Rudy Giuliani. Who knows, it may become a regular springtime event to watch for, like Groundhog Day.
And evidently, a grand jury has already been empaneled, because witnesses are being called. This story is moving, as Dan Rather would say, “faster than a hummingbird’s wings.”

This has been a long time in the making. Giuliani made an absolute hash of relations with Ukraine, that’s how Trump got impeached — the first time. Bill Barr knew a lot more about both the Matt Gaetz issue and the Rudy Giuliani case than he ever let on, naturally. Now we are seeing the skeletons in the closets start to rattle.

I have scraped the internet and can find nothing on this Joann Zanaforte, Rudy’s assistant. I believe it has to be Christianne Allen, the one who was 16 and volunteered for Trumps 2106 campaign. Soon after, she dropped out of high school and almost immediately was hobnobbing with the GOP elites and became Rudy’s assistant. she went everywhere with him they have to be the same person.
