You know, I don’t even want to know how federal magistrate judge Aileen Cannon feels right now. When you have less than 2 years of judicial experience, and are totally unqualified for the position, and rather than hiding out, you instead thrust yourself forward into the national spotlight in a senseless act of blind cealty, and then get so much legal shit dumped on your head for your ruling that you can’t even float. it can’t feel very good. Welcome to the real world, snowflake.
But here’s what really frosts my apricots. Judge Cannon had the chance to take the safe, easy off ramp. If she wanted to throw her lord and master a cookie, all she had to do was to appoint a Special Master to examine documents for possible attorney-client privilege. That would have been painless. But instead she instead boned the bow-wow, and appointed a Special Master to scan the documents for possible executive privilege.
That’s bad enough. But then she descended into delirium, and stated as a reason for her decision the possible Fallout from the search could damage former President Trump’s reputation.Â
Ummm, question Madame Judge. In your wild weekend of desperately searching for far fetched legal precedent in which to anchor your nonsensical ruling, did you ever actually spend 5 minutes researching the reputation of Donald Trump? I didn’t think so, so let me enlighten you;
- Trump and his father paid a stiff fine to the federal government for refusing to rent their apartments to African Americans
- Trump literally impersonated a PR flack in the Trump organization in phone calls to New York newspapers to flout his infidelities in order to get tabloid press
- Trump bankrupted 4 Atlantic City hotel-casinos widely thought impossible, as long as you balance your sports book, walking away whistling while employees and creditors took the fall
- Trump paid a $25 million settlement in a lawsuit over his scam Trump University in order to avoid going to trial
- At the same time, Trump made a $50,000 political donation to then Florida Attorney General from his bogus Trump charity in order to ensure that she didn’t include Florida suckers in the multi state Trump University lawsuit
- Then Trump turned around and settled with the New York Attorney General to dissolve his bogus Trump Charity, after she proved that it was nothing more than a personal slush fund for personal purchases, including a 6′ portrait of himself, and a signed Tim Tebow University of Florida football helmet
- At the current moment, Trump has more personal civil lawsuits for slander, defamation, and sexual assault than any man since the Marquis de Sade
- Trump falsely claimed a stolen election, and then engineered an attempted coup on January 6th that could have toppled the democratic US government
Judge Cannon, if you’re looking for former President’s reputation, you’re going to need industrial lighting and a backhoe. He has spent his entire life defying the law, and then publicly boasting about his superiority. My favorite quip is of a man who actually works for the Trump organization, but tells his mother that he’s a pimp in Cleveland, because it’s classier.
And so, not just for cravenly selling out your judicial integrity, but for finding the lamest ass reason i history to do it, Judge Aileen Cannon, Stand up and take a bow, FOOL!Â

This is what happens when you thread the needle with a railroad tie. Cannon wanted this to go away but in such a way that Trump wouldn’t sic the MAGA maggots on her. There was no winning scenario here and with the DOJ letting everyone (cue Gary Oldman in The Professional screaming “Evvvvvveryonnnnne!”) Trump sold out a foreign power’s nuclear secrets, Cannon looks twice as stupid now. She should probably try a profession more in line with her proven skills…like, say, a brothel madam.

The word is actually quite commonly used and is not viewed as particularly offensive in the UK. Canadians/Brit’s commonly interact and can work in both countries so it’s quite possible the word was not intended to to be viewed misogynistically. It’s already been addressed cordially, let’s not dwell.
The law is basically a bureaucracy with the most guns to force the rules of the powerful down the throats of the powerless. Fact. It never had any inherent moral or divine purpose. It’s a human institution as is organized religious and educational institutions. The founders tried to level the field from monarchy, but excluded everyone else who wasn’t a white male with property. Women, people of color, and poor people of all races, have never been included. Now we have rules where the rich buy politicians and mass media to keep the system as it was designed. Anyone shocked by this latest development hasn’t studied history. Expect more of the same. Trump will never see the inside of a penitentiary. Those who believe he will also believe Jesus is coming on a cloud of flame to judge the quick and the dead. They’ve been waiting over 2000 years. I’m not that patient or foolish. Odds are he has a presidential library before he ever carries the label ‘felon’.
