He speaks about his son, Navy SEAL William Ryan Owens, who was the first soldier to die in combat on Donald Trump’s watch in the botched raid on Yemen. Trump made the decision for that operation, not in the situation room with advisers, oh, no, not him — this decision was made at a dinner table with Steve Bannon.
