It’s becoming more and more apparent that Kanye West isn’t the only mentally ill person throwing his hat in the ring for the presidential election in 2024. Donald Trump is seriously becoming unglued, at least if we are to believe what we read on Truth Social. The question now is, what will the GOP do? They need to pull the plug. It will be hard to justify supporting a candidate who has openly called for the elimination of the bedrock of our form of government, the constitution, and screaming that he be restored to power. This is not even remotely normal.
Trump seems to be conflating the nothing burger of Elon Musk’s “exposé” about the DNC requesting that the Hunter Biden dic pics be taken down, with some revelation of a vast conspiracy to defraud him of the 2020 election.
He goes on, post after post, on Truth Social, about how the election was “rigged and stolen by a combination of Democrats, Big Tech, “law enforcement,” and other bad actors.” But he doesn’t explain how and nobody has any idea what the hell he’s talking about, not that that is new. He goes on, “We MUST right this horrible wrong, and take our Country back!” That was yesterday. Here’s today’s salvo, where he calls to eliminate the constitution.
And then we go to screaming caps, where Trump, in essence, demands a revolution.
The “unprecedented cure,” correct me if I’m wrong, is either another election, immediately, which would be useless, he’d claim it was stolen too, or just restore him to the White House without further ado.
And then he takes a shot at the very political party whose nomination he intends to seek in the very near future.
Trump has crossed some kind of a Rubican here. He’s always been bombastic and crazed but nowadays he’s shifted into another gear. He’s manic and desperate. He’s as revved up as he was on January 6, except, thank God, he doesn’t have the ability to rally his troops in Washington and head them towards government buildings.
Or, that may be his next plan. Maybe he’s going to call for Civil War. He’s got the setup, about how the existing government is corrupt, illegitimate, all that, and he’s called for the elimination of the constitution and an UNPRECEDENTED CURE! What other interpretation can you make, especially from a man who has already sent his MAGA cult followers into violent confrontation once before?
No wonder Ivanka decided to resign from politics. She probably saw this coming.

Hey apologists. Still want to argue we are out of danger to the rise of fascism in America? Time to wake up! Stop believing your own rationalizations and closely review the rise of fascism in Germany in the 30s. We are already in a war. Sure he may not be able to marshal another organized assault quickly, but it’s clear that’s EXACTLY what he’s calling for. Armed insurrection. He already is killing Americans in the guerilla war he’s fueling along with the GOP. If you think you’re safe…wrong. Ask the kids in Colorado who THOUGHT they had a safe space. Ask Nancy Pelosi. There have been many instances. There will be more. Same tactics of many insurrections across the world & time.

As I have always said, the best defense against Trump is letting him be himself; or, considering the original penalty for inciting treason, Give him enough rope and he will hang himself.
Anyone ranting and raving like this is bat $#!t crazy and no patriot. He is trying to destroy the government to suit his own convenience. And his base eats it up.

It seems to me that he has been promoting a civil war since before he came down that golden escalator. And he has continued to promote it ever since.
