Jenna Ellis is clearly looking to become the high priestess of the Cult of Trump, toppling all others before her, namely Kellyanne, Kayleigh and even Princess Purses, Ivanka herself, for the top propaganda mouthpiece spot in Trump world. Today Ellis reacted to news that the Trump campaign had lost yet another court battle, it’s 39th, in point of fact, when a Pennsylvania appellate court dismissed the appeal Rudy Giuliani made last week, which Judge Matthew Brann dismissed in a withering opinion, “This is simply not how the constitution works.” But Jenna Ellis is undeterred.
"The activist judicial machinery" = three Republican-appointed judges in a *unanimous* opinion written by a *Trump appointee* that literally concludes that "the Campaign cannot win this lawsuit."
Even at *this* #SCOTUS, any appeal is DOA. For the good of the country, just stop. https://t.co/Zr5VPdqWqx

There we go with those two words again, “massive fraud.” Isn’t it curiouser and curiouser, that lead attorney Rudy Giuliani didn’t allege fraud — and that’s been pointed out? In fact, it was in the first few sentences of the opinion?
If you supposedly have evidence of massive fraud, why did Giuliani tell the court “This is not a fraud case?” pic.twitter.com/YtkieyIDfi

Down 58-0 and on our own 2 yard line with 42 seconds left in the game is exactly where we wanted to be all along https://t.co/GZat033yHt

This. Is. HILARIOUS. On just so many levels: hilarious.
If you read the opinion (which I IMPLORE you to read), the REPUBLICAN & TRUMP-APPOINTED judge(s) destroy the claims presented. Even the plaintiff himself (@RudyGiuliani) said, "This isn't fraud."
But sure, on to #SCOTUS. https://t.co/rnKFTtx1b7

There’s plenty more put down tweets where these came from. So why, oh why, you ask yourself, as you pull out your hair, do they persist in this madness? The answer is, that they have to keep the show going over in the alternate universe. Here’s what that sounds like.
This is Trump's source: "Reports Thursday found Biden's live stream address got only one thousand views online." Source? A random guy's tweet. Then this "news anchor" called Biden's speech "another baseless attempt to pose as the winner of the recent elections." pic.twitter.com/W7HE3T8p4O
— Brian Stelter (@brianstelter) November 27, 2020
This is so off base, because in the first place Biden’s address was carried live by major networks and streamed on other platforms as well. But you get the gist of it, which is that what Trump says is real, is real, all physical evidence in the known world to the contrary. OANN is currently off of YouTube, on a time out for doing exactly this kind of thing. But Trump loves this place, because they are all Trump, all the time. And to him that’s paradise. And all he can think about is pushing the narrative that he won and Biden lost.
Biden did poorly in big cities (Politico), except those of Detroit (more votes than people!), Philadelphia, Atlanta and Milwaukee, which he had to win. Not surprisingly, they are all located in the most important swing states, and are long known for being politically corrupt!

As long as there’s a buck in it, Trump won’t let it be over.
They’re living in another universe.
I wish they’d move there physically. It would be such an improvement in this one.
Also, Ellis is likely to end up sanctioned for this kind of thing.
If she tries to pursue meritless claims just for publicity’s sake, she should be more than sanctioned. That’s a total breach of professional ethics.
Trump wittering on corruption is like pots and kettles comparing the darkness of their coloring.
I was told today that googling things wouldn’t find the truth about how Trump has been wronged. You have to dig deeper. How do you do that? Maybe I should go to Walmart and ask random people walking by.
Which is probably just about the way they do it? Then with some fantastical statistical math extrapolate out to the millions?
They’ll never be able to explain how they “learn more” without telling you about NewsMax and OANN.
As Mom would say, consider the source.
OMG you shared a tweet from Ken Schneck! I know him! He’s a college professor/comedian/author/emcee of burlesque shows here, whom I got to know through the latter.
Make this woman unemployable after January 20, please.
Calm down folks. Let’s look at the sunny side always the sunny side. As long as Herr Twitler is focused on the injury the American people applied to his fragile narcissism, no mushroom clouds blocks the sun. Donald, this election was stolen and you need to find out by February. Make u great again.
..Hey Jenna Ellis F***k You and the Palestinian Autority..!!Out of Control..!!
Oh, don’t drag the Palestinians into this. They’ve as much to do with this woman and her stunts as Trump does with workable vaccines for COVID.
When I read what Ellis had to say about the 3d Circuit Judges, I truly I laughed out loud. On of the three judges, D. Brooks Smith is from Blair County Pa. where I live. I’m laughing again just thinking about calling him an “Activist”. If she would have meant a Conservative Activist I would have been in total agreement.
She’s calling out these “activist” judges but is probably in agreement with the activist judges in the Supreme Court putting religion over law.
“Activist” for the GOP-T means “doesn’t decide the way I want”.
Wouldn’t it bne nice if there was a law saying that anyone trying to waste a court’s time should face charges and spend some time living at the tax-payers’ expense (with no parole)
They get to pay court costs.
Sounds like Elis is auditioning for wife #4
