Pat Toomey has been both a U.S. Representative and a Senator from Pennsylvania. Tonight he told Donald Trump to give it up, in no uncertain terms.

And here’s Rudy Giuliani’s epistle, implying that the judge who heard the case in Pennsylvania is corrupt. Hoe, boy.

Yeah, Rudy is Supreme Court bound. Why does he even bother? Does he think anybody believes this?

I don’t thing he’s finished burning the country down yet.

Yeah, he is. At this point, any flames we’re feeling are by the fires previously set. The new ones are burning Republicans more directly and I could really give a damn about any of them, Never Trumpers included.

Georgia is the one and only reason that too few Republicans have told Trump to buzz off (though that number is gradually–far too gradually–increasing). But they also have no effective messaging or counter moves to help Georgia’s two idiot grifters masquerading as Senators win and they’re terrified of making things worse.

Pedal to the metal. And let those fools be foolish.

GOTV. Money helps but it will be folks on the ground getting voters to the booth.

Nice that Cotton-Ark is giving nice hints on what he finds as acceptable cabinet nominees.

Yet they will still vote 50-50 and the media will be “why are dems so partisan… and radical!”

Eff them and cottonmouth.

The ONLY reason the Supreme Court gets involved in cases is when there are DIFFERING lower court decisions (that was a key point in the Gore/Bush case in Florida; there were different court decisions as well as a couple of constitutional questions in play). So far, though, EVERY court ruling has gone against Trump. I guess Rudy’s forgotten that little bit of information. (SCOTUS rarely, if ever, takes a case that hasn’t faced at… Read more »

While there may be no legal reason, don’t forget that mad Moscow Mitch has been busy packing the court with ‘justices’ who are just a shade more right wing than Attila the Hun

NONE of whom, Daithi, are going to fall on their sword for Trump, outsider that he is to their particular Federalist cult. Uncle Joe is already making noises about judicial reform, including SCOTUS. Any false moves between now and Inauguration Day, Joe will have all the excuse he needs to get the process of cleaning house underway. Learn your right-wing factions, man. That way, you’ll be less confused when what you expect DOESN’T happen.

Our judicial system has been getting seriously screwed up for several years now in Mitch the Bitch’s hands.
