Another day, another bombshell. The Office of Budget Management, run by none other than Mick Mulvaney, broke the law by withholding aid to Ukraine, based upon a policy decision of Donald Trump.

It says right there in black and white that federal law does not permit the president to substitute his own policies over that which Congress has enacted into law. So, Mulvaney’s ravings at the time about this “is just how it’s done” were absurd then and in the light of day, they’re stupid now. This is not just how it’s done. Following the rule of law is how it’s done.

Will anyone ever investigate the withholding of funds to Puerto Rico?

Right? I have a friend from PR. He was visiting his aunt 20 miles from the epicenter during the worst of the earthquakes. He has sent so many pics of the devastation of both Maria and the earthquakes. trvmp doesn’t even believe they are Americans.

They can’t be Americans in his view, they are persons of color. For them, in tRump’s mind, cruelty is the point.

Not until after Trump is out of office. But I expect it to be on the agenda of the next administration.

They’re still trying. PR is being told to short its residents – who are US citizens – in order to make Himself and his criminal associates happy. They’re supposed to pay less than legal minimum wage, and not spend money on their electricity grid (which has its own funding also being held).

Sadly this makes no difference to the vote in the Senate. All Republicans owe their jobs and their “sacred honor” to Donald J. Trump.

‘ Following the rule of law is how it’s done.’

Until Dimwit Donny and his minions got in, of course. But it will be their downfall.

And this time, there will be punishment for all their infractions, no more ‘putting it in the past, let bygones be bygones’ rubbish.

Just to push trvmp over the edge completely, I propose that there should be billboards along each of his routes that state, You will ALWAYS be impeached, and you will NEVER be a Nobel laureate.
