Weekend Pick Six: “We Control the Oil” Weekend

Zoomers, it is time to tap-out of a week that took Trump insanity to a level even we had not previously imagined. We now know that the adults in the room had been providing us a service all along. Trump is unchained, and thankfully so. He is far more likely to end his own run at the top if he’s left to his own instincts and devices.

But damn, it is hard getting through it. You have earned a weekend, and that means the Zoom thread I get more feedback on than any others, the weekend pick-six.

Hi, Jason. Not having been a regular reader of Politizoon until recently, I’m not sure what a weekend Pick Six is. But, I’m like that dog in the tweeted gif — WHAT? I really want to know what tRump is talking about. Did he make a deal with Erdogan/Putin about the oil fields in northeastern Syria that we don’t know about? I recall that Erdogan, Putin and Rohini (I probably got that name wrong — I’m referring to Iran) had a meeting in Russia recently before tRump’s Sunday night call with Erdogan.
