I hope you have Friday the 13th of August marked on your calendars, because it looks to be quite the day. As you know, Mike Lindell will have his cyber symposium on August 10-12 and by the end of that, he is predicting that both Joe Biden and Kamala Harris, if they have any “moral character” and “want to protect the country” will resign.
I can’t decide if I like Biden resigning better than I like the CT about him being dead and a CGI image and then Trump will actually reveal that he’s been in the White House all along. Anybody want to chime in?

I saw the headline of the article and immediately started laughing. I also liked Lindel wearing the cross outside the shirt. Just amazing.
He supports Trump, but expects moral character in others? I’m stumped. Also, I love the idea of Pelosi assuming the presidency, naming Hillary Clinton her veep and then resigning.

Having done many hallucinogens, sometimes alone, other times with friends, & never was I this out of touch with reality. These folks are clinically insane. Fixed delusional thinking is too dangerous to ignore. Like the guy that burned down his house to get rid of the CIA spies hiding in his basement. Either they are faking for selfish purposes, or they actually believe this shit. If so, time for an involuntary commitment. I hear there’s space in Guantanamo prison.
I hope someone finds out who those “20 state representatives” are and determines if they’re charging the taxpayers for their trip. Since they’re most likely all GOPers, I wouldn’t put it past a single one of them to stick it to the taxpayer.
Just like the news story I read about a group of GOP elected officials in a county in Michigan who paid themselves and some other GOP elected officials some $65,000 in “bonuses” from federal COVID-19 relief funds. Even when I just read the headline, I figured the commissioners who did it had to be GOPers and, sure enough, they were.

It’s a short news piece but here are a couple of the main points:
“Elected officials in a conservative Michigan county who gave themselves bonuses of $65,000 with federal COVID-19 relief aid said they will return the money following days of criticism.
Shiawassee County commissioners acted after the prosecutor said the payments were illegal, The Argus-Press reported.”
“The commissioners, all Republicans, voted on July 15 to award themselves $65,000 as part of a plan to give $557,000 to 250 county employees as “hazard pay” for dealing with the coronavirus pandemic.
The smallest amounts for recipients were $1,000 to $2,000. But County Board Chairman Jeremy Root got $25,000. Two more commissioners received $10,000 each, while four others received $5,000 each.”
Of course, we all know if these folks had been Democrats, it would’ve been the leading news story at Fox News at the top and bottom of the hour, every hour of the day.
Let’s start with the packet captures first: I hadn’t actually noticed Lindell had gone silent about them, but you pay closer attention to his nonsense than I do. And learning he hasn’t been spouting that particular bullshit at the top of his lungs is giving me a good laugh. Why you may ask? Because it means someone he trusts has pointed out a rather embarrassing fact to him – that those aren’t “packets” at all, just a shitload of code. (That and maybe the focus problem can’t be fixed which makes it impossible even for people who know what they are doing to make any sense of any of it!).
And THAT my friends means that someone other than Trump has CONNED Lindell!
I don’t know how much he paid for that garbage but I’m pretty sure it would be enough to be a financial windfall for folks like us! But I think someone showed him that crap and spun a tech-talk line of b.s. Basically telling him just the kind of thing he wanted to hear. It would have been child’s play. As easy as during his days as a cokehead leading him into a room where “workers” were finishing their day bagging up “product” and telling him for X dollars he could stuff his pockets with “packets” (sorry – couldn’t resist) of ready to sell coke. Anyway, I think he got conned. Hell, maybe by one of Putin’s gang, and maybe not the “plausible deniability” part of that gang but someone who works directly for ole Vlad meaning the money goes to the guy who shelled out money to install Trump in the first place. That kind of irony would be off the charts.
Anyway, if he’s piped down about his “packets” it’s probably because he knows what he’s got is nothing of the sort, and he’s trying to figure out how to spin it/salvage the situation. If he has to shell out MORE major bucks to someone who can actually make that data stream readable and then copy and paste it into what an actual data packet looks like then the notion of his bank account getting fucked (again!) is something I find even more humorous. Hey, as I sometimes say I take what entertainment I can get wherever I can find it.
As for resignations. As much fun as it would be to see the GOP scream and howl at Nancy Pelosi getting Hillary Clinton into the VP slot and then resigning and going back to the House (and Newsome has his own problems and would re-appoint her to her seat & Democrats would be fools not to hand the Speaker’s gavel back to her) I’ve got a better idea.
Senator Elizabeth Warren.
Warren would make conservative’s blood boil just as fast as Clinton wood but for a different reason. For all their bluster they know Clinton would, even if she wanted to go full-on liberal would govern as a DLC moderate. Warren on the other hand is far more down-to-earth and relatable and with the Bully Pulpit of the Presidency could really sell a progressive agenda. Even better (I believe) than Biden and her teaming up with (again) Speaker Pelosi is something Schumer would have to bow down to. He’d be in a get the hell on board and row as hard as you can in the direction we tell you or step aside and let someone else run the Senate.
